Alex and Sam are phenomenal!! They take the time to truly get to know you and what your goals are and then make a custom plan to get you there! They are so kind and compassionate and show just how much they care through their work! They always greet me right away when I walk in and thanks to their system they have, the gym is never too full and it is always very clean and well ventilated! This is exactly what I needed and I am so thankful to have found them! They are friendly, personable, incredibly knowledgeable, and professional. They give you their full attention and fully listen to you no matter what. I never feel rushed, confused, or frustrated during my workouts and leave feeling empowered mentally and physically. They help me through any sore spots, injuries, or weak areas I may have and adjust to meet my needs! Not only are they true personal trainers (compared to “fitness coaches” nowadays) but they also act similarly to physical therapists when needed! They have given me deep tissue massages and good stretching exercises to help with my problem areas. I 11/10 highly recommend them! If you have been considering a personal trainer for a long time like I was, I definitely recommend that you schedule a free consultation with them, you won’t regret it!

Great experience overall! Custom tailored a program for me and I feel like I am getting stronger even with my constant sciatic pain. I feel and see the improvement in the short amount of time that I've been there.

A great place with knowledgeable trainers. Even when training in a small group your work is tailored specifically for you and you get lots of one on one oversight. Everyone is friendly and definitely a low stress, productive environment.

Elevate is the by far the best place to exercise in Salem. The staff are experts in strength training, mobility, nutrition, and training to improve endurance. They create personal programs for you to work on your goals and provide training and supervision for you to complete the exercises accurately and safely. It is a fun place to work on your goals with a high level of expertise that allows you to meet your goals by following carefully planned out personalized programs that change as you make progress. It really is the best!

I went to two other gyms in Salem before I found Elevate and they just can’t compare to the coaching and environment that Elevate has. Alex is an incredible coach and really invested in helping people learn to achieve their goals and create a lifestyle that is healthy and more functional. Would recommend everyone goes here no matter your fitness level. All the staff are amazing and extremely helpful.

I've enjoyed the small group workouts with an individualized workout plan. I'd come here way more often if my schedule allowed! The gym has everything I could think of ever using, it's always clean and the people are always so supportive and down-to-earth. I've enjoyed being challenged and encouraged for the last three months and would recommend checking them out to see if they are a good fit. The only downside is their availability. I'm a busy person who'd prefer the weekends be fully open for workouts, but we make it happen.

I highly recommend Elevate Health & Performance. Alex and other trainers are highly supportive and work with you without being judgmental. Training is personalized and even though you are in a semi private session with others you are still focused on your individualized program. And though a trainer may not be looking over your shoulder at all times, there is always a watchful eye checking on you. Alex is great with communications helping you improve and understand the benefits of your training. Overall a great experience in a friendly and supportive atmosphere.

I’ve been training here for 4 weeks now. Working with Alex and D has been game changing for me. They are both so insightful when it comes to technique and form. They take the time to teach and explain the “whys” that help me to adjust. Alex holds me accountable in a way that is kind and makes me want to be better. Prior to working out at Elevate, I would workout through my shoulder/ankle/knee pain. In my time here, Alex has helped me address the problem areas and is able to work those kinks out. It’s a great environment that makes me feel welcomed and motivated. I’d say its definitely worth the investment for myself. Highly recommend!!

Elevate health and Performance has been a life-changing experience for me. Previously I had trouble keeping myself interested an exercise program and lacked the proper knowledge on how to exercise for my health. Alex at Elevate has changed that for me and has helped me become healthier and more fit version of myself. Alex and D have been so excellent in helping me with my training! Alex is extremely knowledgeable and helpful and so willing to be there to answer any questions I have. D is a great motivator and morale booster! You can tell everyone at Elevate really cares about what you’re doing! My workout days are my favorite days of the week!

Alex and D have been AMAZING to work with. The workouts our personalized to your specific goals in mind and the small group sizes make it so there is someone available to help you with form or remembering exercises. They truly care about your mental and physical health and make sure they do everything they can to support their clients. I am 5 months pregnant and they have changed up exercises and routines based on how my body is feeling that day to make sure I can be successful while not over doing things. Thank you Alex and D!!!
