“Honest and trustworthy is hard to come by these days and with Robirts you get both! They saved me! I broke down in my chevy 2009 HD 2500 . I was on my way to elk camp after a terrible year of surviving cancer. They realized the importance of my trip and stayed late and came in early to get me fixed and to elk camp before opening day. The extremely fair price of the repair wasn't what I will remember. What I will always cherish is the feeling of respect and professionalism I found at Robirts. “Absolutely stellar service. My car broke down on the side of the highway on a Sunday afternoon on my way back to Portland. I didn't think that I would be able to find an auto shop open but found this one thankfully only 6 miles from me. Not only did he fix what was wrong with it quickly once it was in his shop, but he personally drove to where I was on the highway to diagnose what was wrong with it before I called for a tow. I was in and out in no time. Would 100% recommend for anyone looking for great service. Thank you!”

And yes, when a broken vehicle that needs a repair that is going to cost more then your car is worth or that you could replace it with a more reliable vehicle he is honest enough to tell you. The great ones are always busy but worth the wait.”

“I give this store a 5 star because Jace is such a awesome young man who has great customers service.
He is pleasant as well as all the guys who work there.
This morning around 11:55 I came in because I needed at top off I was coming from the dump when my Indicator came on and says that I need to put oil in now, so I didn't know this, but jiffy tops you off, something Jace told me about the last time I was in.
However when I came in I had my dump trailer in tow, I approached the shop only to be greeted by a yound lady and then can comes behind her, in a disrespectful tone telling her to tell me i had to drop my trailer without finding out what I needed in the first place. I went to go pull around then in another negative tone he tells me I can't go that way because cars are blocking it and I would need to back up when a care was behind me. I paused and gathered my thoughts pulled to the side, I got out of my truck went into the shop and the same man didn't even greet me when I came into the store, it was Jace who saw me from outside came in to ask if I had been helped, the same same used that same Demeaning tone towards Jace.
When Jace came out to help me, I asked Jace for the man's name and if he was new, because if he was the type of person I would have to deal with when coming into this place I would go get my oil changed at another place. The man's name is javier and jace told me he was the Regional manager. Well he needs to get off his high horse and treat customers with more respect, he is rude.
I only remember Jace name because it's on his shirt, and the kindness & servitude he shows with all guest.”

“This shop fixed a major screw-up from another shop. The shop owner was extremely professional and did not bash the previous shop for the terrible job they did, but pointed out where they fell short in addressing the underlying problem with our truck. After fixed, there was a very minor oil leak and they rushed me in to get it addressed and didn't charge for the leak repair.
From beginning to end, they were professional, honest, and very thorough. I've had many bad experiences at other shops in the past and I can very confidently say that American Pride does it right! I'd recommend them ten out of ten times.”

“Last week we were traveling south on highway 97 in our truck and 5th wheel trailer. We were heading home to northern Nevada after visiting our son in British Columbia. Ten miles north of Redmond we suddenly had radiator coolant all over our windshield. We pulled off the side of the highway and searched for a mechanic. We found Dale through a Google search. We were very stressed, and Dale said he would see us on an emergency basis if we could get the truck and trailer towed to his shop. After spending a nerve-wracking 24 hours on the side of the highway, we were able to get towed to Dale's shop on a Friday afternoon. Dale made sure we had power to our 5th wheel so we could be comfortable while he diagnosed the problem. He ordered the new radiator and came in on Saturday morning to get the truck repaired and got us on our way home. I can't say enough about Dale. Everything he did helped relieve our stress, and we were so grateful to be able to continue our journey home. Definitely a five star experience! Thanks Dale.”
