“Last week we were traveling south on highway 97 in our truck and 5th wheel trailer. We were heading home to northern Nevada after visiting our son in British Columbia. Ten miles north of Redmond we suddenly had radiator coolant all over our windshield. We pulled off the side of the highway and searched for a mechanic. We found Dale through a Google search. We were very stressed, and Dale said he would see us on an emergency basis if we could get the truck and trailer towed to his shop. After spending a nerve-wracking 24 hours on the side of the highway, we were able to get towed to Dale's shop on a Friday afternoon. Dale made sure we had power to our 5th wheel so we could be comfortable while he diagnosed the problem. He ordered the new radiator and came in on Saturday morning to get the truck repaired and got us on our way home. I can't say enough about Dale. Everything he did helped relieve our stress, and we were so grateful to be able to continue our journey home. Definitely a five star experience! Thanks Dale.”

“Honest and trustworthy is hard to come by these days and with Robirts you get both! They saved me! I broke down in my chevy 2009 HD 2500 . I was on my way to elk camp after a terrible year of surviving cancer. They realized the importance of my trip and stayed late and came in early to get me fixed and to elk camp before opening day. The extremely fair price of the repair wasn't what I will remember. What I will always cherish is the feeling of respect and professionalism I found at Robirts. They are amazing people from the top to the bottom. I've never felt so good leaving a mechanic in my life. They have made a customer with me and a friend. I was successfull on my hunt and big thanks to them getting me there!”

“I was a long way from home (NC) and had traveled many miles without AC in my Class B RV van. This was a potential warranty issue (part of a national warranty program my NC service station is part of) and Auto Experts was one of 6 places the claims agent gave me as references. I looked at all of them on Google and picked Auto Experts in part because of the very high ratings and glowing comments about their service. I got an appointment quickly and they reassured me that it would be no problem for me to set up in their lounge area with my dog to continue my remote work. They quickly diagnosed the problem and fixed it and also handled two other minor issues for me while I was there. I was kept informed every step of the way and the price was fair and reasonable. Auto Experts definitely lived up to all of the 5 star reviews they've earned already. I highly recommend them!”

2) I was in and out in less than 20

4) *most important in my opinion* the guys thanked me for my business in person, before I left. I haven’t been thanked for my business before, and it felt sincere. The big name competitor doesn’t even do that.
It’s truly the little things that really go the furthest. I know I’ll be going to Point S from now on, just because of how pleasant this experience was.

And yes, when a broken vehicle that needs a repair that is going to cost more then your car is worth or that you could replace it with a more reliable vehicle he is honest enough to tell you. The great ones are always busy but worth the wait.”

“This shop fixed a major screw-up from another shop. The shop owner was extremely professional and did not bash the previous shop for the terrible job they did, but pointed out where they fell short in addressing the underlying problem with our truck. After fixed, there was a very minor oil leak and they rushed me in to get it addressed and didn't charge for the leak repair.
From beginning to end, they were professional, honest, and very thorough. I've had many bad experiences at other shops in the past and I can very confidently say that American Pride does it right! I'd recommend them ten out of ten times.”

“Someone in my town threw a cement paver at the front windshield on my mom's rig. Mike was the only one out of all of the Businesses in Central Oregon that was willing to source a windshield that wasn't from his normal supplier, He is very professional, and did a great job.
