Xfinity may have good connection and streaming but its customer service, billing, prices and almost everything else is crap. It's been almost a year and they owe me a refund for billing me 2x AFTER I closed the account and changed providers!!!

I came in on a Sunday hoping to get in person support after many unsuccessful calls to their automated customer service. Claire quickly resolved my issue and gave me practical tips on next steps which I appreciated. I was grateful for the brick and mortar + human support on a Sunday. Thanks Claire!

Comcast can be hit or miss, but the service at this branch is great. 5 star
