Say what you will about the company, but the actual experience I had at this location was very good. Sol went the extra mile to understand my issue and get me new hardware.

Xfinity is annoying to deal with and after the run around on the phone I went to this store and actually got the help I needed from someone who genuinely seemed to care about my issue. Good people working here. Should have skipped the call center and just gone straight here in the first place.

Well I'm happily elated to be back w Xfinity.they just gave me a FREE brand new pixel.I've lost soo many phones and this means everything to me! I'm gonna hold on to it like my life depends on it ?Ask for Ramon?he is exceptional!!!!I highly recommend!!!!! 20 starsss.
