15+ minute wait times to talk to someone in parts...How is this even ok now a days?

Customer of mine came to me for the extremely high bill they quoted, for parts that were not needed as well. They said it needed a 02 sensors, There is no codes or even stored codes of having a 02 problem. Carful, these shops are criminal.
