“We can't say enough good things about Cadence Academy Brentwood. The teachers are incredibly caring and kind and we've seen our daughter learn so much since attending. We especially appreciate how much time is spent outside (as the weather allows).”

“Emily is a wonderful director who is dedicated to help families and your little ones. The teachers are amazing and cultivate a safe, caring environment. Cadence also provides a great curriculum to engage developmental milestones. I would recommended Cadence to anyone who needs childcare with the peace of mind that your child is being taken care of.”

“I have had a great opportunity to study under Susan Bass’s guidance being a part of 300 HR Ayurvedic Health Advisor and Ayurvedic Yoga Program and additionally, the 800 HR Ayurvedic Yoga therapist - courses this institution offers..300HR is an excellent foundation of the concepts of Ayurveda in simple English and this slowly grows and gently builds on to the details with a perfect blend of anatomy and physiology concepts as a part of 800 HR course. This has been possible due Susan’s sheer love and dedication for this ancient science along with her fantastic faculty team! They are not just courses, it is way of life that we take from this school and ready to share with others who resonate with Mother Nature!Thank you Susan and Team..??”

“We've been with Cedar Hills Kindercare for more than 5 years. Our life has been much easier thanks to the amazing team who work here.Besides teaching children the academics, they keep a welcoming and caring atmosphere for them. We can feel it in the way the children are greeted by all teachers, including the ones from different classes. Drop off time has been much smoother here because kids feel loved. Our kids believe their teachers are their friends. The director and the management team are very accessible and always present at the front desk. There have been changes to teachers and management during the last few years, but the loving environment did not change.During the pandemic everyone went above and beyond to maintain a safe educational milieu, despite the stress of dealing with many uncertainties, staff shortages, and rapidly changing rules. Teachers showed up every day with smiles on their faces.During COVID, storms, and other emergencies, this center was often the only reliable option for childcare.”

“This school is a very special place and we have missed it dearly since our daughter graduated. It has been a year and she still lovingly speaks about Aprende and her teachers there. Not only did she become almost fluent, while we speak barely any Spanish ourselves, but Stacey also was such a support to all of us parents with her vast knowledge of child development and successful parenting techniques. It was such a supportive loving and educational environment, so well rounded! I wish public schools could be this well rounded. We would definitely recommend them without any hesitation!”

“Lisa and her team at Dragonfly are absolutely wonderful! They filled our kiddo’s world with beautiful art, song, sensory play, and exciting special projects, but it was their genuine love and enjoyment of him as a person that made our hearts overflow with gratitude. There are lots of preschools out there, but Dragonfly is special because it’s a place where your child will be known and appreciated for who they are—adorable quirks and all—while also being nurtured, protected, and taught to explore the world. We are sad that it’s time for our family to move on!”

“My daughter has only been going here for a couple of months, but I have been xstreamly satisfied with them so far. The staff seem great, they seem to work more on actual education than other after school programs, and my daughter is excited to go every day.”

“I love rising stars! My daughter has had the best experience at this center. Such loving teachers! We will be staying here until kindergarten. Leaps and bounds have been made since enrolling. If I could give more than 5 stars I would!”

“Excellent school with dedicated teachers in a caring environment. We have attended since kindergarten and my children have thrived. Small class sizes, full time specialists in PE, Art, Spanish, Stem and Library and multiple extras make this school a special place.”

“Our 18 month old son has been attending this location full-time since we moved several months ago and I can't say enough positive things about our experience here! His teachers, Andrea and Guisela, are incredibly caring, creative and knowledgeable. Their classroom has such a fun feel to it and it's evident how much everyone enjoys their time there. I've also been impressed by the proactive communication of the Director as well as the Owner when it comes to weather closures, COVID policy and sharing monthly newsletters. We are not native Spanish speakers but have enjoyed learning the monthly vocabulary shared by teachers. Lastly the cost is more competitive than some of the other centers in the area. We are really grateful to have found this location and highly recommend their program!”

“Our son has attended Grandma's Place since he was first able to (around 6 weeks old) and has been there ever since. Cannot imagine him being anywhere else in the Portland metro. I never have to worry if he is being properly taken care of, as I always feel like family is watching him. Wonderful communication and updates throughout the day. Plenty of play and learning that is communicated with thought out subject plans. They are very mindful and considerate of his and other children's allergies and provide food around these as well. Best decision we could have made was brining our son here, and we will absolutely be enrolling our 2nd. Thanks GP staff for the amazing treatment of our family.”

“Holy Cross is a wonderful school. I’ve been so impressed by the dedication of the teachers and leadership, especially during the pandemic. Our daughter is loved and nurtured at Holy Cross, as well as academically challenged and enriched. We love that Holy Cross has a family-like, down-to-earth atmosphere. When we joined the school 3 years ago, we felt immediately welcomed and included. Holy Cross has plenty of opportunities for service projects, extracurricular clubs, sports and fun community events. There is so much to love about Holy Cross!”

“Friendly House kindly let our organization volunteer with them while on a company retreat. The staff was kind, organized, and thorough. Our group of 14 was able to help out with decorating for their Halloween party. We were impressed with all that Friendly House is able to accomplish. We were honored to contribute in even a small way to the good work Friendly House is doing and really appreciated hearing about the Volunteer Coordinator's experiences with Friendly House.Keep it up!”

“The best place for any young child to grow and develop. An excellent focus on social and emotional learning, well-prepped for kindergarten by the time they ‘graduate.’ I couldn’t recommend it any higher.”

“Magnolia Blossom has been a great introduction to school and peers for our pandemic toddler. Auntie Chelsea has been so patient and friendly. She helped ease any concerns we had about leaving our daughter under someone else’s care when she kept coming home so happy and looking forward to going back after the weekend. The small class size and daily outdoor play are added bonuses and our daughter loves helping cook lunch with Auntie Chelsea.”

“My son received loving care and attention at Helen Gordon while I was a student at Portland State thirty years ago. Gentle and sensitive teachers gave him a solid foundation. Now he is a college professor. This child care center was the best then and I would recommend it for my grandchildren if they lived here!”

“St. Agatha has been (and continues to be) such a blessing to our family. We transferred from another Catholic elementary school and are so grateful to have found St. Agatha - there is nothing quite like it. The teachers and administration are caring, involved, dedicated, engaged, supportive, and committed. The community is absolutely incredible - the parents are a vital part of the school and it makes such a difference. Mrs. Casey, the principal, cares about the faculty and the families. She knows every single child's name and her presence is exactly what one would hope for to guide their child's school. Our elementary school boys love their school and community. It sincerely is like one big family. I could go on endlessly about how grateful we are for St. Agatha and how blessed we feel to be apart of this community.”
