Our 2 year old enjoys going to see his friends, going on the bikes in the back, and show and share every Friday. The building itself is very clean and the teachers are very welcoming.”
“Our daughter was deeply cared for, loved and nurtured while at DDDC. We are forever grateful to the owners and staff for their support over the last two years. They will always have a special place in our hearts. I highly recommend them for childcare.”
“We've been with Cedar Hills Kindercare for more than 5 years. Our life has been much easier thanks to the amazing team who work here.Besides teaching children the academics, they keep a welcoming and caring atmosphere for them. We can feel it in the way the children are greeted by all teachers, including the ones from different classes. Drop off time has been much smoother here because kids feel loved. Our kids believe their teachers are their friends. The director and the management team are very accessible and always present at the front desk. There have been changes to teachers and management during the last few years, but the loving environment did not change.During the pandemic everyone went above and beyond to maintain a safe educational milieu, despite the stress of dealing with many uncertainties, staff shortages, and rapidly changing rules. Teachers showed up every day with smiles on their faces.During COVID, storms, and other emergencies, this center was often the only reliable option for childcare.”

334 SE 146th Ave, Portland“Emily is a wonderful director who is dedicated to help families and your little ones. The teachers are amazing and cultivate a safe, caring environment. Cadence also provides a great curriculum to engage developmental milestones. I would recommended Cadence to anyone who needs childcare with the peace of mind that your child is being taken care of.”
“My kids love the school, they are meeting new friends and learning a lot, and Sam is wonderful. It's a great atmosphere that a lot of care clearly goes into. Highly recommended for your little ones!”
“Magnolia Blossom has been a great introduction to school and peers for our pandemic toddler. Auntie Chelsea has been so patient and friendly. She helped ease any concerns we had about leaving our daughter under someone else’s care when she kept coming home so happy and looking forward to going back after the weekend. The small class size and daily outdoor play are added bonuses and our daughter loves helping cook lunch with Auntie Chelsea.”

2740 SE Powell Blvd Suite 10, Portland“Our son has attended Grandma's Place since he was first able to (around 6 weeks old) and has been there ever since. Cannot imagine him being anywhere else in the Portland metro. I never have to worry if he is being properly taken care of, as I always feel like family is watching him. Wonderful communication and updates throughout the day. Plenty of play and learning that is communicated with thought out subject plans. They are very mindful and considerate of his and other children's allergies and provide food around these as well. Best decision we could have made was brining our son here, and we will absolutely be enrolling our 2nd. Thanks GP staff for the amazing treatment of our family.”
“BabyVillage is the best! My son has been going there full time since he was 6 months old, and they’ve taken great care of him. He’s 9 months old now and gets excited every morning we walk in. I definitely recommend the amazing teachers and the facility.”

3521 SW Patton Rd, Portland“Excellent school with dedicated teachers in a caring environment. We have attended since kindergarten and my children have thrived. Small class sizes, full time specialists in PE, Art, Spanish, Stem and Library and multiple extras make this school a special place.”
“Lisa and her team at Dragonfly are absolutely wonderful! They filled our kiddo’s world with beautiful art, song, sensory play, and exciting special projects, but it was their genuine love and enjoyment of him as a person that made our hearts overflow with gratitude. There are lots of preschools out there, but Dragonfly is special because it’s a place where your child will be known and appreciated for who they are—adorable quirks and all—while also being nurtured, protected, and taught to explore the world. We are sad that it’s time for our family to move on!”
“St. Agatha has been (and continues to be) such a blessing to our family. We transferred from another Catholic elementary school and are so grateful to have found St. Agatha - there is nothing quite like it. The teachers and administration are caring, involved, dedicated, engaged, supportive, and committed. The community is absolutely incredible - the parents are a vital part of the school and it makes such a difference. Mrs. Casey, the principal, cares about the faculty and the families. She knows every single child's name and her presence is exactly what one would hope for to guide their child's school. Our elementary school boys love their school and community. It sincerely is like one big family. I could go on endlessly about how grateful we are for St. Agatha and how blessed we feel to be apart of this community.”

My son has been going here for a year now and his teachers have become like family. The staff & teachers go above and beyond, putting so much care into everything they do. The classrooms are warm, welcoming and inspiring. The meals and snacks are healthy and high quality. Thank you, Childroots!”
“Friendly House kindly let our organization volunteer with them while on a company retreat. The staff was kind, organized, and thorough. Our group of 14 was able to help out with decorating for their Halloween party. We were impressed with all that Friendly House is able to accomplish. We were honored to contribute in even a small way to the good work Friendly House is doing and really appreciated hearing about the Volunteer Coordinator's experiences with Friendly House.Keep it up!”

“We have a kiddo at The Goddard School, age 5. They have been attending preschool at the South Portland location since 2021. We have enjoyed our time there so much and are sad to be graduating this summer. The teachers are attentive, engaging, and want the best for their students. I am so impressed with the curriculum and how much my kiddo has enjoyed learning. I am happy to say my kiddo is reading and writing before Kindergarten thanks to the fabulous staff on location. The parents of other students are wonderful too, we have met some very good friends during out time at The Goddard School.”
7:30AM - 5:30PM
7733 SE 13th Ave, Portland“This Cadence location has been a part of our family for over 5+ years and we have been so thankful and impressed by the kind, loving and fun care our kiddos have received here!! The teachers truly care about and enjoy the kids and give great daily updates, at pick up and throughout the day via the Kid Reports app. Our girls enjoyed the endless imaginative play, art projects, daily circle time, trips to the park and the “backyard” and yummy meals. The Director is amazing - she is a great and clear communicator and is always trying to find ways to support and encourage the staff, through formal talks with Cadence about pay, benefits and retention and informal things like providing meals and fun appreciation days for teachers and staff! In an under-appreciated industry that has been especially hard hit by tumultuous staff shortages, they are doing a great job providing consistent, fun and calm care for kiddos and families while still working to attract and retain great staff - no small feat in these wild times!”
7AM - 5:30PM
15228 SE McLoughlin Blvd, Portland“This is the absolute best place to send your children! We had both of our kids attend the Learning Tree and we could not be happier that we did. The staff is amazing and they are truly childcare professionals and so easy to communicate with about your concerns/question and they are just genuinely nice people. Our kids went through their preschool program and the curriculum was excellent and we knew every day what they were working on because school work would come home for us to see. Both of my kids looked forward to attending every day and they both made so many friends. They really go the extra mile to make sure the kids are happy and thriving. I just can’t say enough positive things about the Learning Tree and I highly recommend them!”
“I went here many years ago. I will say i do not recall learning the most amount of things while here besides when i taught myself how to dribble a ball. But thats okay because the purpose of my time here was so that i wasn't alone in the house while my parents worked, and for that it did the job perfectly”

3409 SE 164th Ave, Portland“This place and staff are amazing. My kiddo has been there for a few years and loves it. I feel my child is safe and loved by staff. She is cared for like I care for her at home. What a comfort to leave your kiddo in safe loving hands.”
“Sarasvati Institute of Ayurveda &Yoga Therapy classes have taught me so much! As someone who works in the Healthcare industry, this class has taught me so much more about how to really care and listen to our patients. Ayurveda looks at medicine with common sense and compassion that we can share others. Its great knowledge to have in our toolboxes.”
