It's no wonder they have a 3.2-star rating. On Saturday afternoon, the employee took a smoking break outside, then closed the door with customers waiting outside. Dear owner, if you value your store and reputation, I urge you to address this issue.

getting really tired of driving to plaid after midnight just to show up to a paper sign on the door that the store is closed until morning, why label your hours as 24hrs if youre going to be closed midnight-5am half the time?
