11025 NE Halsey Street, Portland“Amazing paint store because they offer in-store color consultation. The paint is the best quality. When you are planning on changing colors inside or outside your house come in and talk with their consultant. Bring your ideas, pics of what you are trying to accomplish, questions about colors not competing with other colors. For instance, I learned that different white colors will compete. This is the place to come when you need some directions and ideas. They are fabulous!”

They worked with me to adjust the color (twice!) until we came up with a very good result. The manager and sales people were very knowledgeable and super helpful. I would recommend this story to anyone.”

“I've had several positive experiences here. I've worked with a guy named Dathan a few times and he's terrific. One time he spent fifteen minutes with me helping me find the right .21 cent screw for a manual coffee grinder I was trying to fix. That's the thing about this place - it's got the stuff, and it's also got the staff who are happy to help figure out which stuff to get and how to use it.”
“Manager Steve was very patient and listened to me addressing my paint order issue and the frustration we faced. He helped out us in a very kind way so that we could have a great paint result for our home again.
We really appreciate Steve and his staff by giving us the best customer service!! ?”
“This review is specifically for Paul and Seth, two stellar employees at Sherwin Williams! We are painting almost every room in the house, and these two have helped us countless times this month, always with big smiles on their faces. They're warm, professional, knowledgeable, and make a somewhat stressful process very cheerful. Thanks for taking so much care in what you do, y'all! It makes such a difference!”

4425 NE Sandy Blvd, Portland“4 years ago I bought 11 gallons of pain for a project that would up getting incredibly delayed. As a result of poor storage on my part, the paint was badly separated and some were partially solidified. I called Miller to see if I obrought them in if they could re-mix them for me and was told absolutely I could! Seb assisted me when we got there and was incredibly helpful and kind! They were able to salvage all but 1 of the gallons, and was happy to make me 2 more gallons to purchase, as well as offering to open an account for me in order to save money. They literally saved my day and my wallet! They even helped carry the paints to and from my van. Such great service and I left really really happy! Thank you, Seb!!”
“Probably the most knowledgeable about the products they sell in the pdx they’ve never failed to steer me in the right direction for the job - wouldn’t go anywhere else for color matching”
“I called from Canada to buy 1 gallon of paint for our warehouse in Portland, but phoned their manufacturing facility, which referred me to Paul Schraeder from a different location. I couldn't get anyone to pick up, so he himself offered to drive to the warehouse and drop off and didn't even want to charge me. I am so happy we can have our parts painted before shipping out tomorrow to our client.Paul is a great listener, soft spoken but knowledgeable and very accommodating.Rodda Paint Co. you got a gem of a serviceman, and it is very rare.Bless you all! Will definitely call again when I need paint.Emili”

Parking lot, 8073 SE 17th Ave, Portland“I love Miller Paint! Yes, it's a bit more expensive than paint at the big home improvement stores, but it's way better quality than those less expensive paints. Fantastic coverage, great selection of sheens and they're formulated for the PNW.
I highly recommend that people that care about QUALITY, go to Miller Paint.”

“We've always been 100% "Team Sherwin Williams." My mom has used Sherwin Williams for years; so have my husband and I.But, when it came time to do some touch-up paint on our 1928 bungalow, we decided to use the same brand that had been used by the previous owner: Rodda. Luckily, we had some old paint cans on hand, so Rodda was able to make us new gallons of paint to the same specifications as the old paint. The new Rodda paint is, of course, bolder and brighter than the aged paint. But it still looks really good. Even better, the Rodda applied like butter! It self-leveled, leaving very few drip marks. (Our beloved Sherwin Williams trim paint, on the other hand, left a ton of drip marks and imperfections.) The Rodda cured really well, even though we were applying it in rare dry spells during a rainy and cold fall. We're huge fans of Rodda now, and will use them for all our exterior paint in future!”

1040 NW Murray Rd, Portland“Wow! The service I got here was top notch! Samuel helped me after my apartment complex confirmed the color and that they got it there. He gave me great one on one help, advice for repairs, made suggestions and the color was spot on. I made the mistake of getting “paint match” from Home Depot last year and it was an unprofessional mess. Will definitely be back to Miller’s! Thanks Samuel!”
“this place is the best in the whole world. The red-haired employee, Everett (I think that's his name? I took his card so I could write this review then I lost the card when I washed my pants) is so so sweet and helpful, my housemates and I seriously would come to this store just to talk to this cool friendly smiley man. We are paint novices and have visited the shop several times to get supplies to work on our house. Every time we drive over there, we say, "oh this is great, we get to see our favorite employee!". For real these folks are so nice, and really super knowledgable. I have never in my life written a "Google Review" but for the love of god you must visit this paint shop! These people seriously rock!!!”
“Remarkable product and service. Super friendly and knowledgeable and helpful staff at the store. Gave me samples to try at home and made ordering our choice product easy over the phone. Worked with us and our contractor to ensure we had the right product (fence stain - Tamarack) ready for our fence project. An incredible experience with a local business. Very very happy with our results.”
“Good store and friendly group of people who work there.Stopped in a few months ago to pick up a can of paint to match our existing trim. They were very helpful in figuring out the right finish based on pictures I brought. The color was slightly off but that was partially due to my little paint match sensor and the fact that we seem to have 3-4 different shades of white throughout the house. Paint was great though and looks nice.”
“Lisa was amazing and stayed open a little late to help us tonight. She was very kind and patient with us and we appreciate her taking the time to help at the end of her day. Thanks Lisa!!”
“As you know, there are many of the same products in stores, but what makes a place special are the people who work there with their good attitude and experience to help you with what you need to find for your projects. This place is sensational, the guys take care of you a way that makes you feel as if they were your family, Sergio is one of them, his good experience will help you if you have questions, the truth is that it is a place that you want to return to again, I recommend it.”
“Kat was incredibly kind and patient with me.I could tell she really wanted me to leave happy with my color choice. I couldn't have been more pleased with her above and beyond service.”
“The team at Brush and Trowel are very knowledgeable, kind and helpful. They are also almost unbelievably fast at completing and expediting orders. Being a contractor in Seattle, I have found I will get custom Plaster matches from them complete and In my hands faster than I can get custom paint matches at my local paint stores. I would highly recommend them to anyone!”
