They used to be amazing. Now, you're lucky if you don't encounter a line leading right up to the entrance. Pharmacy staff needs to be trained on phone edicate and show more empathy for their sick client's. In recent experience, pharmacy staff answering phones have been cold, condescending, snarky and show an unwillingness to offer assistance.
