700 NE Multnomah St #120, Portland“Very quick service, price was as advertised, pleasant staff who attempted to engage visitors, good experience. Thank you, Casey.(Especially with the fruit and donuts offered!)”
“I came here kindof grumpy (my fault, I put in the address wrong and drove a long way) but I found there was one person on shift and they did a great job, with a slow and steady, predictable flow. Woman owned too!”
“The care I have received through Amber Wellness has been uniformly professional, thorough and wholistic. I originally sought out the advice of Dr. Dickenson to help with food sensitivities. As time has gone on she has become my primary physician. The clinic offers an accessible and appealing environment for busy people and the training and experience of the doctors and staff inspires confidence in their advice. I was referred to the clinic by a friend and we have both continued to benefit from this well run clinic and their truly compassionate team of doctors.”

1155 SW Morrison St #200, Portland“Efficient practitioner, easy to schedule, convenient. More explanation on the website about what service one needs for a test kit and what "processing" means would be helpful.”
8AM - 5PM
7200 SE Johnson Creek Blvd, Portland“It’s called “Easy Peasy” - These folks make this process a No Brainer - Take in your small 2”x2” or 3”x3” sample of sheetrock, fill in a few questions on a laptop & your on your way. Replacing sheetrock in my garage, don’t plan on coming again But if I have to will come here again. Thanks for making this process an easy one. Highly recommend ! ?”
“Lady at the front desk in the cheetah pants and ugg boots absolutely amazing, stayed late to finish my test and when I had to come back for a second one remembered my name. Love her vibe and made the whole thing very fun. I don't ever do reviews but she made me want to, hope her higher ups see this!!!”
8:30AM - 5PM
2236 SE Belmont St, Portland“Prism has been life-changing for me. The care I receive from this group has been deeply useful during my transition. They aren’t perfect as they’re working within a flawed system. But they show up to serve our community every day and they do an amazing job. It can be a challenge to get started with them, as their waitlist can be a bit long. This is a sign of their curse of success. Over my few years with them I have seen them expand services as quickly as they can. Be patient with them and they will do everything they can for you.”
“My review is long overdue. In 2005 I was in an abusive relationship, without money, or insurance plus I had cancer. Adventist & Dr Peterson treated me with care & dignity & Saved my life in many ways. I was able to leave the relationship & remain cancer free. May God Bless Dr Peterson & Adventist.”

1130 NW 22nd Ave Ste 360, Portland“I took my neighbor who is elderly to pick up at the pharmacy located there on site and everything was very smooth and convenient for her they were very polite and were very prompt with providing her with her needs the only thing I would say needed a little bit of accommodating would be the parking situation it's kind of difficult to go in and out when the parking is not for parking it's actually just for dropping off other than that great service polite people took safety precautions and made her happy and we went home and no complaints.”
7:30AM - 3:30PM
15640 NW Laidlaw Rd Suite 201, Portland“I just called the lab corp, the Bethney labs is closed till March 10th, 2024 due to short of staff. Last time we went in on Tuesday noon, we have to wait for an hour, have 3 patients in front of us. Make sure you call them before you drive in.”
“Very easy to get around inside of the hospital. They still have people that greet you at the entrances to ask where you are going and to give you a badge and a mask. Safety is always a high priority!”
“This lab is the best lab that Providence has. Most of the phlebotomists are really really good and get me on the first stick. They are human, and some make mistakes, but they do so with compassion and understanding that this isn't any patients favorite thing to do. Patients don't realize that this is a specialty. Nurses miss constantly and so do doctors. The phlebotomists here train for this and it takes a lot of practice to be good, but they are still human. They are also extremely short staffed at this location, so they are doing the best they can with the circumstances. Also, for the review from the angry parent on here, they need to realize that when your child is screaming and is so angry that they are moving a lot and they can't be held down, its not only a danger to the child and parent, but also the phlebotomists. If your kid is not able to be held down, they miss a vein because the kid moved. And if they proceed with a draw and the kid moves again, the needle could hurt the kid by ripping out and could stick the parent or phlebotomists. If they don't feel safe to do their jobs, then don't throw also tantrum because your child is throwing a tantrum. I also know people in this profession and was a phlebotomist myself. They have charts on the wall telling them how much they can take based on weight. Let them do their jobs even if it means turning a patient away because they don't want to be bitten, kicked, or accidentally stuck with a needle because your child can't be contained. I understand its scary for kids, but if it's that scary and your kid can't be controlled for the 5 minutes it takes, then call child services and they can administer nitrous to calm them.”

501 N Graham St, Portland“My wife had thyroid surgery here. To my surprise everyone was great! I knew the Doctor was nice. It’s the staff I was unsure about. Doctor Varela has operated on my wife twice now. He doesn’t come off as arrogant. Which in my experience is rare with Doctors. The staff was so nice! They took good care of my wife and made me feel comfortable. I highly recommend them over any Providence!”
“I had the best experience getting a blood draw with Mike! He’s so good… patient and a great listener. I’m a really hard draw, normally get poked at least 3 times. He didn’t bat an eye, and got it on the first try. Thanks for making my day, Mike!!”
7:30AM - 3:30PM
1111 NE 99th Ave, Portland“Both times I’ve ever been here the phlebotomists did amazing jobs. Wait was less than 10 minutes and I was only struck once each time. Unsure of why some people had such a bad time”

13485 NW Cornell Rd, Portland“Quick and professional. Tech had no trouble finding my elusive vein.
Reviews of this site had me concerned, but I went ahead since it was closest lab to where I was staying... and couldn't have had a better experience. Appt at 2:20, out at 2:31.”
1 - 4:30PM 8AM - 12PM
9555 SW Barnes Rd Ste 220, Portland“The staff here have been great! My first visit I had my lab order as a PDF and was able to send it to them by email - glad they gave me a heads up that it can take a while to receive the emails though! On my second visit I had trouble with the check-in kiosk, which I wasn't expecting but they had the right info from my doctor's office so it worked out fine. I haven't had to wait longer than an hour to get labs done so far (both times during a weekday, so that probably helped!)”
1:30 - 4:30PM 8AM - 12:30PM
10373 NE Hancock St Ste 122, Portland“Positive experience, nice person doing the blood draw, out the door in less than 10 minutes after my appt. time. Blood draws these days anywhere you go need an appt., so make sure to do that.”
7AM - 4PM
2351 NW Westover Rd Suite R250, Portland“Robert, Megan, and Stephanie were extremely kind when assisting with my urine panel. It was easy to get checked in and we conducted my urine panel with quickly with minimal disruption to my day. It’s not often you have a good experience with a urine panel but the team here was super kind and I felt the need to shout them out! Please, if you are scheduled for a screening at this location, make an appointment over the phone or online to make sure your experience is smooth!”
7AM - 6PM
5050 NE Hoyt St Suite 117, Portland“Like others have said, it's been a 2-3 hour wait because of some issues with the new system. Sure, this is frustrating to come in and wait that long. But know that it is not the staff's fault and that they are doing the best they can. All the staff I interacted with were so patient and kind even after being yelled at by so many people early in the morning. If you yell at the staff, it doesn't make anything go faster, so save your breath!”
6:30AM - 5PM
9205 SW Barnes Rd, Portland“I guess they have heard all the complaints that were listed on the reviews. I came in today to get my 3 hour pregnancy glucose test done, so I was here for a while and observed foot traffic. There was a receptionist who was there the whole time, and she was very helpful to those who needed to get their orders refaxed over. I often saw people who didn't have any orders in their system get them in, and then they were pulled back within ten minutes. They also seem to have hired someone specifically to help people with the sign in kiosks. They were well staffed, and I saw at least 4 phlobotomists working there. I don't think any of the people who came in, whether they were walk ins or those with an appointment, waited for more than an hour to be seen. I'm pretty sure they all got seen within half an hour or less, honestly. I got called back before my appointment time even started (I signed in at 8:35am for my 9am appointment and was called back at 8:45am). Overall, my impression of the place was a very well run, efficient lab.”
“Very fast and accommodating. Extremely nice and welcoming feeling from both employees. Thank you for being able to fit me in earlier than my assigned appointment slot.”
