“I was intitially reluctant to let this store into my life. The membership card was somewhat of a deterrent but i eventually let my guard down and crawled in on all fours. Good pocket knifes and snacks. Friendly staff with lots of experience not only at bi mart but in life. If you need advice about something that has been eroding you from the inside. Dont be afraid to ask for help. The staff here have been through many experiences in life and can offer some wisdom and advice in what may be a dark and trying time for you. Love my new pocket knife!”

“A person goin into the store stopped and held the door for me and also helped me load a case of water, into my cart, and I'm grateful, I had a hard time every month loading cases of water, and unloading to my car, then home!

“i was there almost closing time. Only one person said to me welcome. And ask to me do you need anything. Other crews are way to busy and only one cashier opens the her account. So not many customers are there but still we were waiting more than 20mins( 3 people’s lined up) but so many great clothes, home style, seasonal items selection. I hope they hire security guards. I didn’t see any security guards Tuesday night. Anyway good place to shopping. Prices are reasonable and no sales tax. Parking places are huge.”

“I came in for a wardrobe refresh and scheduled a personal shopping appointment with Chad. He texted me pretty soon after we scheduled the appointment to get a feel for my style and preferences. Then, the morning of the appointment, he arrived early to pull a fitting room full of great picks. Chad did a fantastic job not only with the initial pull, but taking my feedback and putting it into action. He made me feel great and was honest about how the clothes fit and looked. The appointment ran an over, but Chad was super accommodating. He was a pleasure to work with and even followed up after the appointment to check in.”

“To be honest, I had no idea what Pendleton was. I just went in because there was a sign that said they were having a sale and I just happened to be walking by so I went inside to check out. The store had a unique aesthetic to it, and the patterns of the clothing and blankets were of the same realm so I could tell that it was the brand's brand. They have both men's and women's clothing, It is on the higher end ($$$) for just one piece. I will say the customer service was quite friendly and nice when I walked in. They said "What brings me in?" and I just said, "Oh, I saw The sale sign outside".”

Also had a conversation about other things as well and I would definitely return purely based on her service alone. ?”

“Okay I have a story about this one First when I got in I had a good Business idea where I make a belts belts and more belts store, After that I saw a bunch of ties so I made a new idea where I make a store called ties ties and more ties after that I saw socks and made sock socks and more socks. Next I went to go in my time travelers in the pants rack but I didn’t work so when I went to get out this guy wash everything so I said “what year is it?” Then me and my friend went to race up the escalator but some man who didn’t work here was like no no that’s not safe? so I had to go back down. Nothing cool at the store”

“I have found a hidden gem!! I didn't know jcpenney had a salon.I have been going to this jcpenney salon at Washington Square mall for several years. Do to my schedule, I have seen a bunch of stylists at their salon Denise, Amvy, Corina,Oliver and Cynthia and as of recent I just seen Christal and Rachel. Every appointment has been amazing and happy with my services . The manager Jenny Mae is very perfessional , always happy and smiling, and runs a very clean salon. A great manager truly shows and reflects on the stylist and how sweet and professional everyone is. The most important is you can be yourself and not be judged. “My friend and I had Robin as our cashier. Robin went above and beyond when my friend was confused about how many Nordstrom Notes she had. Robin took the time to look up the history on line and then went the extra mile to call another Norstrom Rep to confirm the correct amount. Even though this all took extra time, she remained calm and friendly through the whole process. It's comforting to know that there is still good customer service out there. Especially with Robin at the wheel! Hats off to Robin!”
“As far as target stores go, this one has to be one of the smaller ones that I have been to. However, I find that it makes for a overall easier shopping experience because of the fact that you can go through the whole store in 5 to 10 minutes. The selection of cosmetics and toiletries are seemingly above par ( whoever orders has this down). The automotive section is about the same as any other target, that is, it's lacking and sparse.... not the place to shop for household items... or food to be honest. But that's also just like most targets. The entertainment they offer is quality and also true to the times and meets all popular demands within reasonable parameters. My favorite target though because of its precise, no nonsensical approach. Oh! And they recycle! ? ?”
“The people who work here are so nice! I thought I'd take advantage of the no sales tax in Oregon, so I took myself shopping since the Nordstrom near me in OC have very snooty sales associates. I wasn't picky, I knew what I wanted, in, out, easy peasy. The associates were very accommodating in helping me get everything and weren't pretentious unlike Chanel across the way. The associates in Chanel looked like they didn't even want to be bothered with me and only one smiled at me because he saw I was actually making some purchases, so that's when I took my patronage over to Gucci. I have a Gucci bag back home that I've loved for years, so I the answer was easy. Love this location!”
