“I love going to this Bi Mart! The people are all so happy and helpful! I remember my mom who has passed, loving to go to her Bi Mart in SE on Woodstock and thinking to myself how cute she was wanting to go up and down every aisle looking for things she just “had to have”! I believe that is why they have such loyal customers. It’s because you do end up finding things you really need there and their prices are much less expensive than the big, big box stores. The people bring a smile to my face and my bank account doesn’t suffer! What more could you ask for?!”

“For an icy day in the PNW, and no one person shopping, a breeze! Got to shop without distractions as me and my daughter were the only ones in the store. Due to the icy weather parking lot was just empty! Nice to see employees fixing the different sections of the store and keeping it tidy, which is nice! Friendly as well!”

“Prices are great for good quality items. Products change frequently which can be a good or bad thing depending on how, and what you are shopping for. Staff is so-so, but expected as I'm sure they are paid minimum wage. Return policy is great and very easy. I have been to other Ross's that are an absolute mess but this one is pretty well kept.”

“This is my first stop if I need something for the kitchen or bathroom. Clothing selection is spotty if you're larger than a ladies' Medium or a men's Large. The aisles aren't very well organized, but everything is clean. The staff is hands off, but I prefer it that way. Some things aren't labeled with prices, but the cashiers are quick to look things up if you ask. If you're in a hurry or you need something specific, look elsewhere, but this is a great place to poke around looking for a steep discount.”

From groceries produce meats, cheeses, furniture, toys, games, tools, you name it they have it. This is also one of the cleanest stores I've seen. we really enjoy shopping here.”

“Shout out to Amy in Home Goods! Awesome customer service! I was on the hunt for a GraniteWare canner with jar rack and drove all over town. Seven places, guys. Had two places lie to me over the phone that they had them in stock but didn't when I showed up. When Amy got me on the phone, she actually walked back to the aisle to check. Talked about packaging details and even told me what aisle to go to because the store is so large. Give Amy a raise! To all the other customer service clerks out there that check a computer for stock, your lazy butt should be fired.”

The staff that helped me get them set were very patient and supportive through the whole process as I tried to find metal settings that would be something I liked. They helped me special ordered some through one of their suppliers, but I ended up going with an outside purchase, which was then what I ended up having them use to set the stones in. There was this one guy who would literally stare at me beyond the point of discomfort when I went to the self checkout line - this is actually what convinced me to stop using self checkout literally anywhere. While I feel sorry for him (I think he had something going on), he no longer works there and most cashiers are tolerable. Beyond that? It's a Walmart. Don't go in expecting a New Seasons experience. Get your stuff and go like the rest of us and you won't be disappointed.”
