March 2 2025.. 711 employee is smoking by the door and Isn't 10 feet away for it. Why this law so hard to follow. ?

I just came in today at noon I had to.grab a couple of drinks and snack and my order came up to 15.00 all I had was a 50.00 dollar bill and he denied me service never had this happen before never coming back and he was rude
