He was quick and very thorough on what to expect. The starter was going out on the minivan. He tried it once and heard a noise. Once he tried to start the van again he wasn’t able to replicate the issue. Once we got the starter replaced, it sounded better. So far, we haven’t had an issue with it starting since then.
