“Do you remember when banks knew their customers by name. Well, Citizens Bank in Springfield still does! While I tend to avoid big banks and go with credit unions... Citizens Bank is the best of both worlds. And I particularly Love banking with Citizens at the Springfield Branch. While I won't mention their names here, this team is a class act with the very best in customer service. They have not only been able to take care of all of my banking and financial needs, after a recent medical incident, I received a get well card with personal notes signed by each and every staff member. If you wonder if this review is for real... go into Citizens Springfield with this review, and I bet they know who wrote it! :) Citizens Bank, Springfield Branch gets 5 stars for customer service, professionalism, and great business with a wonderful, old-fashioned personal touch. I must say, the staff in this branch have been nothing short of amazing. There was an issue when I was in So. CA and they went ABOVE AND BEYOND assisting me. I've been to several US Banks, and I am so happy THIS particular branch is my home branch. They've made me feel welcome and appreciated. Although staff has rotated, most remember my name, my circumstances and always give me with the best service I have ever received in my banking experience. THANK YOU US Bank, Albertson's team!!!”
“[*edit* As far as I know, if you bank here and refer your friend to open a checking acct, they GIVE you BOTH $50!! $50 for you, then $50 for your friend!! Ask for the refer-a-friend card. It's as simple as it sounds!]They are good to you here. If you close your account I think they return your membership fee. They don't have any financial penalties for not keeping a minimum balance. Some banks charge you $20 a month for not keeping $200 at all times. Beware banks offering 'No minimum deposit/ no monthly fee.. ...for 90 days'”

437 Main St, Springfield“On the 3rd of each month I withdraw money to pay my utility bill and get a money order for my rent. This bank lets me withdraw almost all my money at once to pay my bills which is surprising because most have a daily limit on ATM'S withdrawals!”

Had everything ready for me to just come and sign the paperwork. Every bank needs someone like him to fix their problems and turn an unhappy customer to a happy one!”
