“I’ve been going to this market since my family moved to Medford in 2004. My two children, & four nieces & nephews have grown up going to this market. The kids have always experienced this place as either “the candy store” or “the juice store” depending on which child you ask. It’s within walking distance from my mom’s house (their grandma). For myself it’s “the cigarette, snack, ATM, and scratch-it ticket store” lolBut the staff here is what makes the place so amazing. I also love their food, but the people who work here really do make this specific minute market really stand out above any others in town. If you’re in the area I highly recommend coming here instead of the newly established chain markets closeby. Spring st Market is 100% where it’s at, and I’ll get my gas then drive over to Spring St. Market for my cigarettes just because they treat me like family and I always feel welcome!”

“A nice choice of healthy foods to choose from. They don't seem to carry hemp seed oil in the Natural Grocers anymore, so I must find that product somewhere else now. Other than that, they are on point.”
“This review is for the taco bar outside in the back. Lo juro que es lo mejor de medford! I have been in Oregon for a month now, and I have tried between ten and fifteen different restaurants, and this place, although informal, was fun, good music, awesome salsa bar with free delicious beans and fixins, and hands down the most delicious tacos I have eaten probably in the entire country. Even better than some parts of mexico. If you don't try this place, you are missing out on the bombest spot. Learn some spanish before you go and you will be rewarded. Aguas frescas are off the chain too. Bless you GALLO! ?”

“I always love this Safeway because they’re always family friendly - toddler friendly. Today after work I came to get groceries and had my hands full with my toddler a worker pretty sure it was the store manger helped me locate my items and asked if it was okay if he could give my daughter a cookie because he could tell I had my hands full. Very pleased with the customer service.”
“I live down the street but I’m physically challenged so I call and ask if they have specific items before I walk down there time to time and every time no matter who is working they take the time to see if they have what I’m asking for and they are very friendly, I work in the Grocery business and it’s so nice to have great customer service and y’all absolutely do!!! “I try to avoid large chain stores, though there is certainly a place for the dollar-type stores. This reminds me more of an old-fashioned five and dime, as they used to call them. It has a better variety than the dollar store because the price range is much wider. I try to frequent employee-owned stores such as BiMart, but, dang it, Dollar General is very close and convenient, and they do have a good selection of items, so I find myself there when heading in that direction. And, most especially, they accept my insurance's "OTC" card for vitamins, supplements, OTC meds, personal care items, etc., so I can go in there and spend nothing for aspirins, etc.! Also, their own brands (DG and Rexall, which they probably license) seem as good as major brands. As others have observed, the staff is always friendly, though the shelves are not organized all that well. So I somewhat reluctantly frequent it, but it turns out to be a convenient and handy store.”

“For a small town market.. this is perfect! They have everything from produce, to a meat department, and everything in between. Including liquor!!They even had stuff in their store, they we don't have in our local grocery store. Nice surprise!Staff were friendly, aisles were stocked well. “Very clean store, wide aisles, well stocked (although sometimes one or another product is missing), affordable prices, there are offers on products that are about to expire and are good, all very attentive workers, well lit, ample parking and places for the disabled as well as carts for them inside the store. It is still a good option for purchases.”

“Parker and his dad that own this convenient store along with the Chevron fuel pumps are some of the absolute most friendly individuals I've been around that's for sure. Ask about their deli sandwiches or their daily specials. Their deli food they make fresh daily is better than moms cooking. Don't tell mom I said that though lol”

“I brought my wife and oldest daughter to downtown Ashland to window shop. On a whim we strolled into Press for Oil. What a wonderful find! I was astounded by the depth and breadth of variety of balsamic vinegars, especially.Not sure if your pick was optimal? Have another taste test from the sample here, there, and way over there. Get a small bottle. Then upsize when it's time to resupply or start the process over. I think the next time I'm bringing some friends and making this into something akin to wine tasting. I was 100% impressed by the help we received as well as the vast selection of olive oil and balsamic vinegar!”
