“I went in without an appointment and was still greeted and assisted with enthusiasm. Camren checked in with me while I perused. We made an appointment and before I left she set me up with an online account so I could keep shopping and prepare for our appointment. Their website is easy to navigate, and has a lot of options. She was ready to go at our set appointment and had checked my online folder to see the direction we were headed. She is knowledgeable, a pleasure to communicate with and very skilled at navigating all the catalogs in addition to the online system. Not once did I become overwhelmed or anxious. The store is very clean and spread out so you can really have a good view of the products. I’m so glad I was referred here by my uncle, who is a plumber.”

“This is the spot for PVC fittings. Large selection of various connections, well stocked, and plenty of sizes. Salesfloor associates have been very friendly and always willing to assist with any questions… hit or miss with associates at checkout (sometimes friendly, sometimes don’t even say hi back). Usually come here if Lowe’s doesn’t have what I need.”
