Bought three fans from an online distirbutor, one had a funny knocking noise, Modern Fan helped me troubleshoot promptly and when that didn't fix it they send me a replacement fan promptly which solved the issues. Love there style and service was great, going to order a few more fans to repalce cheap builder grade.

Terrible customer service. I purchased fans from this sales outlet. When I communicated that the product will not work for us they ignored us and were unwilling to cooperate. I will do m,y best to ensure that NO ONE ELSE GETS TRICKED BY THESE SCAM ARTIST.
