“I just recently rented a unit and appreciated the ability to quickly arrange to rent a unit online and be able to use it immediately. Met the manager when I was unloading things from the moving truck when he came out to review the locks on each of the storage units that day by coincidence. Professional and friendly service and everyone has been polite and courteous without any demeaning attitudes which is much better than how I was treated by some other local storage companies. Price of my rental was much more reasonable and affordable than other local storage companies which are highly overpriced in my opinion. A different company I rented a unit from acts as if I’m a criminal and the personnel sit and watch everything we do on a wall of monitors which is right on the wall in the rental office so anyone who walks in can also see which feels very invasive. I don’t want the general public to know what I am putting into or taking out of my storage unit. Northwest has my approval as a great company to do business with. Thank you”
