“Ive had a unit here for around 6 months now. Never had any issues. Really good customer service. I even lost my key once and the lady helped me get into my unit pretty quickly, i appreciated it a lot. The guy that works here is friendly and helpful too. Ill use this place until my needs for storage are over. They have an automatic payment option. Or you can pay over the phone or online i think. Their hours suck (they close at 6 pm, and are only open 4 hours on sat/sun) but it hasn't been a big deal. They have 3 loading docks and 2 elevators. I have to walk far to my unit but the prices couldnt be beat so its worth it.”

“The customer service provided by Stephanie is absolutely amazing. I moved into this unit when it was under previous management which was good. I was disappointed when public storage took over and they continued to raise my rent several timesI like the service at this location. And it's always clean and friendly. I just wish public storage would give their long term customers the pricing that new customers get.”

“We picked up the trailer and was asked to look for any damage which we did. Then I got in the car, he checked the lights in the back and we took off. When we got to my location to load up my storage unit, the whole back of the trailer was full of mud and piles of mud and empty dirty boxes. And then I noticed that one of the brake lights wasn't working.I have rented from them a few times and I've never had this problem”

“I'm not usually a fan of storage facilities, as the service is often mediocre at best, but today was surprisingly different. Kelly, the manager of the facility, was very professional and had a great customer service attitude. He made the process of renting a unit very clear and easy. I'd give Kelly 10 STARS but it wasn't an option. Thanks so much for such a great experience!!!”
