WaFd Bank provides great customer service in an amazing environment where customers feel comfortable and not judged. The team is amazing, friendly, knowledgeable, and patient. They are quick to answer questions and make customers feel like their most important customer. Staff are helpful during stressful situations like fraudulent activity. They are pretty fast paced and good at their job. The bank's fee policies, such as charging only one overdraft fee in a situation, are noted. Customers recommend this banking institution for both personal and business banking and can’t speak highly enough about the team.
