“In 2020 during and since passing the pandemic US Bank service went way downhill. Opening 45 mins late and 10 mins per car processing simple things like cash deposits.Columbia Bank of Ontario gave what I remember from 20 years ago or 3 years ago before usbank idk... used the pandemic as an excuse is the best I can figure. Always friendly and fast, well staffed and access inside and dual drive throughs. They have no excuses just good service with a smile”

I had to fill out paperwork with two other people and load off the merchandise into the safety deposit box.
