I was in a really rough spot and they were the only ones in ontario to help me with a towing.

They were wonderful! They picked my car up from the Ontario Walmart and had a new starter in within 2 hours. They were all very friendly and courteous.

I locked my keys in the car while it was running. I called my roadside assistance and they couldn't get anybody closer than Boise. It was going to take 2 hrs for them to respond. I called Rich's Auto Clinic and they sent someone out to help me when the first 3 on the list wouldn't. I recommend them anytime!??
