It seems the reviews are accurate. They did all the work on short notice and their prices were fair. They were even recommended by a local competitor - what does that tell you. Highly recommend.”

We took our '14 Silverado in today for muffler repair - the folks here are professionals who aren't looking to gouge you on prices, and they're punctual and experienced.He had our truck fired up for all of 10 seconds and he knew exactly what the issue was. The truck was in and out in a few hours and sounds better than when we bought it!This was a stress on us for far too long thinking repairs would cost an arm and a leg, and Troy and the fine folks at Newman's have alleviated that stress in less than a day. “I have les schwab tires/brakes on my truck. I shredded a tire on the freeway near them. Tire was under warranty still. I had a spare but couldn't get the tire off. They came out, changed the tire, and waivered the service call charge because I would be getting 4 new tires from them in the next month or so at my local les schwab shop. THANK YOU! I've used les schwab for years now and will continue for a long time in the future too.”

“I have known Mike since 2002, when I was an older-than-average college student. My parents had to foot my repair bill because I wasn't working while in school, and the bill on my vehicle went rather high. Not once did he make a crack to me that "mommy and daddy have to pay my bills," neither did he give me "the funny look" associated with it. He is a true professional and I'm sure he understands the money-aspect of paying a bill for services rightly rendered. I moved from the area in 2010, returning in 2019, but 2022 is the first time that Mike started working on the major components on my vehicle. Financially, he's working with my wife and I, as our funding possibly dropped and the insurance to cover repairs is in limbo. Now, his work ethic is stellar. Mike and his team do outstanding work in a shop and at a location that one would expect to feel at home in. These guys do an outstanding job and stand behind their work. One mechanic in Fargo filled my oil with seven quarts of the synthetic that I brought in, telling me they had looked it up to inquire how much an '07 Ford Escape Limited would take (if they had, they would have noted it took six, not seven). A few weeks later, I had to have them suck out the one quart, which may have created problems with the a/c clutch assembly, which Mike's Auto Service repaired. I have no qualms or issues with having Mike and his team work on my vehicle and they will now continue working on it. Up to now, my vehicle (s) didn't need heavy-hitting service, but in the future, this gentleman has my business.”

“It’s 4:00pm on a Friday night and we are traveling in our RV thru Ontario Or … the check engine light is on… John ran a diagnostic test and determined it was a battery problem. He made a call, had a new battery delivered and installed it now after hours!! He is a thorough and great guy and a great mechanic!! Thank u john for saving our trip!!”

“This place has TOP tier service! I don't think I'll ever even look at another dealership after visiting this place! I took my parents truck in for an oil change and was greeted very kindly. They offered to rotate tires and also wash the exterior once they were finished. The oil change was complimentary, btw, because my parents purchased their truck there. But even if I had paid to do the oil, it was a super good price. While I waited I was offered water, full coffee bar, chips, and popcorn. Lots of outlets in lobby in case u have to charge phone while you wait. Free wifi and comfy environment. 12/10 would go back any day of the week!”

“I was traveling through Ontario, trying to get back to Spokane Washington for a flight later in the week and had a DEF warning message that came on that was about to limit my progress and shut me down. The shop was booked out a few days, so I was going to leave the truck and get a rental car so I could make it back in time for my flight. Once Seth heard I was going get a rental car, he told me to wait around a bit before I got the car. Both Seth and Jamey discussed my issue, thought it may be a simple issue and did a quick diagnostic. To my surprise, it was a quick fix like they thought and I was back on the road within the hour. I can't say enough to express my gratitude to Seth, Jamey and the shop crew for saving me not only the expense of a rental car from Ontario to Spokane, but also the time I would spend having to drive back the 8 hours to pick up the truck later.Ontario Auto Ranch's Service Department is "Top Tier"”
