“The customer service was extremely excellent. Guy was very generous and gave us a discount for the night so we could get some sleep from all the driving we had to do. I’m extremely grateful the guy was so understanding about us needing a room at last minute with a 4 month old baby. Would highly recommend going to this hotel. Hotel room was very clean and has a very comfortable bed.”

“This hotel is Great and jennifer in check in and the chef were amazing! We had a series of unfortunate events trying to locate a charger for our ev we rented. With 10 miles left on our car we called best weastern and they were able to get us a room same night(nearly midnight) at a reasonable price. They also had EV chargers! Jennifer went out of her way to help us set it up and had amazing customer service and was very knowledgeable. She was also very welcoming and caring even with our very late check in. We had to leave early in the morning due to a time crunch and even though the chef was busy he still went out of his way to put our food on a paper plate so we could hop on the road! “Was able to check in a midnight, super friendly staff. We walked across the parking lot and got breakfast.Tiny room, with no coffee pot, fridge, or microwave, but it was perfect for us coming in late and leaving early.My two main complaints were that the toilet paper roll was mostly empty when we got there, and there were only two pillows on the bed. Seriously, there should be two pillows per person.”
