“I obtained two other bids. The bid I received from Crash Champions was a very competitive but not necessarily the lowest bid. I decided to go with CC not only because their bid was competitive but primarily because their staff was very professional, answered my questions to my satisfaction, (unlike the other two companies I obtained bids from) AND they promised to get my car back to me within a very reasonable time.Most importantly, they did an excellent job and even returned my car earlier than promised. They kept me very well informed during the repair process via text messages. I am very happy with the quality of their work and would recommend their services to anyone might ask.”

“Great people and experienced mechanics, can't say enough. We took our van in for a/c repair and mentioned there was something going on with the gauges. Their mechanic discovered the causes and made the repairs. Our van runs great now; but not only that they gave us a list of some things that we have enough experience to repair ourselves instead of trying to point out more work for the shop. And to top it all off they were able to save us a substantial amount of money. We've never had a mechanic we always go to but sure do now. I highly recommend the company to anyone needing automotive work done.”

“Went in to get my oil change and Darryl was so helpful. I asked to wait and we talked about another thing that I needed checked on that was an issue. I am so glad I waited until my oil change because it was something that was going to cost me thousands out of pocket but Darryl let me know it was recently added to the warranty! Darryl was able to save me a trip and money, he had it taken care of during this visit! He even waved some other fees at the end making this trip from Vancouver on a Friday afternoon with crazy traffic all worth it! Thank you Darry, technician and Mini of Portland for taking care of me!”

“I came to ACP for body and mechanical on my Outback. They were prompt in getting my car pick up by their towing and into the shop for review. They worked well with my insurance, and provided me a loaner vehicle while insurance was reviewing the estimate. Ultimately, my car was declared a total loss, but ACP let me keep the loaner for a couple days while I worked out getting a new car. Excellent service and will be coming here if I need anything done in the future.”
“The guys at West Hills Collision were so great to work with throughout the entire process of trying to get my car fixed. I was having a lot of trouble navigating the shady insurance world, who had deemed my car a total loss despite it being in very good condition prior to the accident and driveable afterwards. Even though they weren't ultimately able to fix my car because of insurance, these are honest dudes that helped me so much in understanding this process and dealing with my insurance company. Hopefully it won't happen, but if I'm ever in need of an autobody shop in the future I will 100% go back to Brock and his team at West Hills Collision.”

“I was T-boned by someone who ran a light, but was insured. I worked with KC Halsey Collision Center to re pair the body, wheel and more on my 2016 Toyota Highlander. From the beginning, Dustin was very easy to work with and made sure all of our concerns about our car were addressed. We got our car back and unfortunately it started making loud noises. Dustin was immediately responsive but unfortunately had bad news for me once they examined the issue. The situation was awkward and I had lost trust but Dustin and the owner of KC went above and beyond to address concerns and to provide relationship repair to this situation. Their business is "word of mouth", as it should be. All kinds of people work there, and all kinds of people come in for a good customer experience. I am more than happy with the outcome of this part of an unfortunate car accident and highly recommend KC Halsey Collision Center to service your car needs.”
“Purchased a platypus license plate mount a couple years ago and recently sold the vehicle. My new car was the same make, but newer and a different model. The hex stud should have fit but it was determined the thread is now reversed. James at Craven found me a new hex stud and then installed it and fit the plate to make sure there were no sensor issues. Great product and amazing support.”

“I came over to AutoZone to get new windshield wipers and told the guy what car I had he went and got the windshield wipers similar to the ones that I had because it was quite a range in price from low to high but this was kind of a mid range, and he installed them for me was very pleasant and I was glad to give him a tip. Nice folks.”
