“Got a bad flat tire on my 32 ft motorhome coming into the Boise basin from US 95. Discovered it in Parma and drove limped in to Les Schwab in Nyssa. Brian (Mgr) and his team jumped into action and within a few mins located a new tire in Ontario and sent a man to pick it up, met half way. Installed the new tire, 100% covered by warranty, checked all other tires and reset the pressure. We were in & out in under an hr and continued our trip to E. WA (250 miles). Amazing service by Nyssa Les Schwab. This is why you should never go anywhere other than Les Schwab for all your tire needs. They always go above and beyond. Well done Brian and team!”
“I had a dead battery, but Kevin came out and jumped my car at no additional cost, then they installed a new 36 month battery and cleaned both connectors. It was quick and I got a better battery for less then the competition had quoted me. They are definitely my choice for auto service.”

“Shout out to Autotranz in Parma! We took our truck to the dealer. They quoted us 17k for a new transmission. My brother in law suggested taking it to Autotranz. We had it towed. Long story short nothing was wrong with the transmission. The 4x4 fork needed replaced, with a few other problems that were addressed. We got our truck back today for 1/4 of the price quoted, and it runs like new. I literally ruined my holidays by working every overtime shift I could manage thinking it was gonna cost a fortune to repair our truck. Thank you to the honest professionals at Autotranz! Yes, the truck needs a good bath, but I am just happy it's in my driveway.”

“Very professional, accountable and thorough mechanic services! I got in over my head on our project truck and Clayton bailed me out. He completed a full degrease, diagnostic, paint, seal and install on our donor motor, patiently worked through the pile of parts we had available, filled in any gaps with continuous updates throughout the process and we happily drove in onto the trailer and brought it home yesterday. First time it's been alive in years and great momentum to get us back on track with the project. Full transparency and engagement beyond the original scope to ensure it was completed the right way.
