“To be honest, I really enjoyed the buying experience and Sal was really kind and wonderful. I had purchased a 2006 Chevy silverado, and I got approximately 150 miles before the check engine light came on. Took it to AutoZone and found that the knock sensors are bad. I cannot do anything about this with the dealership as I bought the truck as is and I understand that. Just very frustrating to be excited for something new to already have to spend money to fix these sensors.
Edit: Owner gave me call and reassured me that they were not aware of the issue. They then repaired the issue free of charge and had it done in under 24 hours! This is amazing service that is rare to find nowadays!”

“I cannot recommend EMT Motors enough!!! Great experience. I was in need of a vehicle that could seat 7. I found EMT through an online search, they were 3.5 hours south of my place in Seattle. It's a bit of a drive but the car they had in the lot has all the options I wanted. So i called them, we went over my trade on the phone, I sent in all the pics Corey requested and the Vin, he offered me a few hundred more than the local car lots AND the vehicle I wanted was already under what KBB says the car was was worth. So, with all that I left work early to make the drive. After I arrived, I was expecting then to lower the trade in amount they quoted, but they didn't!!! Not only that, but as I walked in before i talked to Corey, there was another buyer looking at "my" car, Corey told him that the car was already sold. The deal went through without a hitch, no issues came up, and everything they said they would do THEY DID! And, talk about integrity!, I left a $2800 money order in my trade in, Corey paid to ship it back to me OVERNIGHT. NO QUESTIONS. I may be 3.5 hours away, but EMT Motors is my new go to for any car purchase, and ill recommend them to everybody that asks for a reputable and honest dealing car lot.”

“My complaint… it took a little longer than expected (they were busy). I say that completely in jest because there really wasn’t a bad part of the experience. We worked with Dan B. and we couldn’t have been treated better. His openness and honesty was refreshingly “old school” and in NO WAY pitchy. He gave us our space but was willing to provide answers to all our questions. He made sure we understood the purchase price and at the end it felt like everyone involved won. There was a slight amount of push to try and add things once we got to “the close” but even that wasn’t a hard push. We are extremely pleased and loving our new (used) Atlas. “Cory is a kind and straightforward salesman who is very personable. Came to see about selling a vehicle and had a great conversation we then went off topic about vehicles and on the note of vehicles gave Outside recommendations to get a fair price for the vehicle outside of them.
As far as vehicles go, they had a wide array and some pretty nice options.

I had personally had a great, brief, experience.
I read one review on here where a young lady had a poor experience with her first car purchase. My first dealer purchase was a poor experience as well, but make sure you take your vehicles to your preferred mechanic BEFORE you purchase. It's worth the effort and money ahead of time. And also, you don't need to ask for their "Reciepts", reciepts are for customers records for tax purposes, thats to see how much they paid on repairs.. you just needed a maintenance report. Also I'm sure if you ask they can try to get you copies of the right papers, also if they offered you a carfax they did provide it.
Overall to anyone looking for Any Vehicle Anywhere, Just make sure you Do Your Research Before Purchasing Any Vehicle or you'll have a bad experience Anywhere. So far, YES, I Would Recommend EMT Motors. Just take to autozone do a battery, alternator and starter check, & a code read at minimum..

Pay For Your Mechanic Inspection Before You Buy.
