Very nice people, build of computer is great! Ordered a monitor too and some pixels are dead. Called and asked was told since it isn't a large amount of pixels it likely wouldn't qualify for return so thats why not 5 starsI would think when buying anything new regardless of how much an issue is it would qualify for return.

Have taken my laptop in before and also bought a laptop from them. Everyone is helpful and cheerful. Cliff is a great tech.
