“I would definitely recommend this shop to anyone, they know their stuff and are really helpful and fast,After a disaster at a different shop building my PC that resulted in two weeks of wasted time, an attempt to charge full price for incomplete work and a broken motherboard, the guys at northwest computers were helpful, knowledgeable, kind, really fast, fair and best of all really very helpful, I had them finish the build that was already messed up by the other shop.They were able to do the work in a day!! I dropped my parts of at 5pm (they close at 5:30) Evan built my computer and had it ready for me before closing the very next day (Other place took a week plus to tell me they couldn't do it) the guys at NW knew the case I had and all the things I would need for my parts to work on that case, they got it all done and done right! You might pay a little more up front than other shops but you are paying for expertise and professionalism, and it well likely save you money in the long run,Definitely check them out for anything you might need computer related, they are great!Thanks guys!”

Best buy sent me on a long winded chase filled with misdirection and misinformation to get my dash cam installed. Ultimately a very frustrating experience.Ash in geek squad, however, gave me such amazing service that I am gladly leaving a 5 star review. These types of associates are the type of people you want to keep around. He is the ONLY reason I plan on continuing to shop here.I know one of you managers are reading this. Seriously, don't ignore him. Do not let this guy go unrecognized. Reward him for his excellence. I 100% plan on checking in in the future to make sure that he isn't being neglected. “Despite it being in downtown portland it feels clean and safe. Great public transportation connectivity. I’ve never encountered a violent homeless person or human feces along the block that the store front is on. The staff is really well organized and efficient”
“I went in because my phone wouldn’t turn on and I was freaking out about losing important items. I was helped by Alden and he was the best! He was so helpful, knowledgeable and friendly! We were there almost 1.5 hours and honestly time flew by. He was able to fix my phone and it ended up being no charge! I couldn’t believe it. So thankful for his help and I would definitely drive to this location again if I have any future issues.”

“We came into the Apple Store today to fix a problem a previous sales associate had created for us. While upgrading my iPhone through Apples iUp program, he proceeded to generate a brand new contract for me vs. just keeping the same. I called and spoke to Gina on Wed and when we came in and spoke to the manager Judy today, not only did she have a whole print out with all the notes from Gina and I's conversation earlier in the week, she knew exactly who we were and how to fix the problem super quick. So while mistakes happen, I'm impressed by how quick and well the managers of the store handled the problem.”
“Elliot. All I can say is Elliot! They were such amazing help when I went in this weekend. I had a whole issue with my new Canon camera, decided to return to switch to Sony and there was a defect on the camera body. Elliot walked my husband and I through all of the company policies and helped us make the best decision with returning and going with different coverage. I drive from Tigard all the way to this location because every time I go in, everyone is so nice and Elliot was the confirmation on why I return to this location. Please give Elliot some recognition *managers because it is very rare to find employees who actually put in the work and try to do their job.”
