“The shop manager Leandrew was helpful and able to fix our issue and able to correct after sale staff had not been able to and falsely claimed the supervisor would have the same options. I haven't named this employee because I trust this has been resolved and new people deserve a chance.
To be honest, I likely would have given 5 stars and there been no issue if the answer was "I haven't encountered a situation like this, let me grab a supervisor" instead.”

JJ continued the great service Manny began and shared personal insights we found refreshing, while he assured us of the value/benefits/security we wanted in our phone purchase. This store is more laid back, more like walking into a store of knowledgeable friends than stuffy, professional locations. was extremely prompt and paramount in the manner in the methods of solving my known problems and issues with my home internet and mobile phones issues.and way that it corrected the mistakes that were all created at another store on NE Weidler St (franchised) which was full of young inept unskilled distrustful employees who were only worried about filling quotas going through as many customers as was humanly possible and bolstering their stats to feel productive rather in reality they are all off existing in a very unprofessional and unproductive fantasy world.
So I highly recommend this amazing Corporate Xfinity/Comcast Store on 68th and NE Sandy blvd. 5 stars!”

“Welp, It finally happened. They have Cable internet now. I'm currently using the 100/5 plan and I get the full speed offered and I haven't had an issue with any downtime. I'm changing my review from 1 star to 5 stars due to the service now being offered. It's finally a real internet company. *wipes tear from eye* it's grown so fast.Another Edit Jan/2020: After about two years of using their high speed internet I'm starting to get a little frustrated. When I first got cable internet it was fantastic.. as stated above I've got the 100/5 plan and things we're going well. but nowadays it seems on peak time I'm only getting maybe 10-15mbit down, as well as huge latency problem. I understand wanting to get the community on high speed internet but you shouldn't overload your systems while trying to do it. If you don't have the capacity to offer the speeds we're paying for slow your cable internet rollout down. Hopefully these problems will be fixed in the near future.Edit 3 electric-booga-bee 3/15/20: So it would appear they have done some upgrades to their system or fixed whatever issues they've had for now. I once again am getting the speeds I pay for and the service has been pretty reliable for the last few months. which makes this review go back up to 5 stars.”
