“Honest. Fast. And Professional.Needed a starter replacement so I took my Jeep Cherokee to the local Jeep dealership. Not only did they charge me an outrageous fee, it took almost a month before they even worked on my car.The starter failed again a day after I got my car back so I brought it to T&S. Stephen had it ready to go two days later and for half of the cost I was charged at the dealership.A costly experience overall but in the end I’m grateful I found this shop. Highly recommended!”

“He rebuilt a 3.7 GMC for me. It's been a year and 11,000 miles. On a 164,000 mile nightmare that had popped a ring on the back cylinder and broke the sparkplug. Found a real hack job inside, where someone welded the crank. So, new crank for the engine. It's at 175000 now and still running strong with a 20 over bore. The only problem is that is took 7 weeks because of bore shop scheduling. So, It was summertime and the windshield was cracked halfway down the middle. I believe it was heat related according to experts. I always leave each window open slightly for ventilation and it sat there closed. So he found a great deal on a new windshield and split the cost with me. $100 for windshield, my cost.”

“Easy, fast experience! Walk-in only, which kinda thru me off, but I can see how the system works and seems good to me. Car was done in around 1 hr, for about 1/3 less than the other shop I go to.
The woman at the front desk said “have a seat, I’ll write an invoice” and proceeded to get on her phone. When she started mopping, it was clear there was a misunderstanding, so I asked if I was free to leave, or if I was waiting to pay first. She said it was free to leave. Came back an hr later, paid $380 for my Prius tires and got my car. Done”

“This is my first time buying a car. I was really worried as I've only heard horrible things about dealerships. However, this experience was amazing! I set up an appointment with Ryan and immediately my anxiety vanished! He allowed us to inspect the car before allowing us to test drive - which was super fast- and once back went into the sale. I didn't feel pressured about buying anything and could tell he was experienced with the services he did recommend. My loan with another bank fell through but was easily fixed with Ryan's help and I was able to drive away with the vehicle within a couple days after my original appointment. The cars they keep in stock are nicely kept and would definitely recommend any friends or family to give this place a try!”

“Brought my 11 Subaru Forester XT to them after 2 other shops failed to acknowledge or at least investigate what I suspected as a ring land failure. Within no time of having my Subaru towed to them, they diagnosed the issue, gave me an estimate and timeframe to have it completed before it needed to be driven back to Missouri, and answered any questions I had, being I was 2000+ miles away. Long story short, the job was completed and we have had no issues since. It made its way to Missouri with no issues and a year later has actually just made the trip back to Oregon this past week. I’m super happy to know someone local that will take care of my car when I need the help and will go the extra mile to make sure it’s done right.”
