Check in/out process extremely easy. Communication throughout the process was outstanding. Repairs done to our utmost satisfaction. We are very glad we choose them as an authorized repair facility to work on our car.

Brought my Jeep to these guys when I first bought it.
I brought it to them dirty. I wanted to see if they were going to mask it off before painting. After Lithia auto body and paint painted the hood there was overspray all over my vehicle. (Brand new vehicle) the head guy there Proceeded to tell me that they masked the vehicle off. But their employee said no, they did not, so he spoke on something to try to cover up their mistake, not even knowing what was going on. My Subwoofer was busted, and somebody wrote on the inside of my windshield. To where I had to take steal wool to remove it. I confronted them about it and was yelled at disrespected and talked down to and treated as if I was trying to get something for free. I was told that they would no longer do business with me. They told me that a couple of pieces they got overspray on were on back order. A year has went by and I have heard nothing about those supposedly pieces that were on back order. I went to the lithia store myself to check and they had no record of them even ordering it. So basically they sat and lied to me "the customer" just to get me out of the door. We all work hard For our money, we deserve proper customer service.When we bring our vehicles in to get them fixed. They are unaccountable for their mistakes. They treat the customer like garbage after paying. Instead of being accountable, like they are supposed to be. I was told they would never do business with me as if I would want to bring any of my vehicles there Ever again.

I stopped by with a concern about the way my repaired trunk was latching. Neil gave me options and took the lead on getting the techs to fix the problem while I waited! Neal even postponed his lunch to fit my schedule. I appreciate that they valued my time.

I made the right choice choosing Lithia Auto Body & Paint for my repairs on my beautiful Midnight blue Chrysler 300 Limited. The workmanship turned out to be very well done and to my complete satisfaction.. I am especially very pleased with the way I was treated and respected as a value customer by Erica and Scott in particular.
