This gym has gone through a transition the last two years. It is very clean. Today I was excited when I saw they had replaced the cracked and fraying seats and setbacks on the Hoist machines. I feel appreciated as a member when gyms take care of the equipment. Thank you VF!

I've had a membership here for 20 years now. Been some ups and downs, remodeling, change of ownership etc. However, the place is clean, staff is nice and most importantly has the weights and equipment I like.
