“I have a lifetime warranty on the paint on my 2002 Ford pickup. It recently failed and I asked Star if my warranty was still good. They said that it was and made the necessary repairs. Extimates had originally been between $2000 to $3500. They advised that as long as I owned the pickup, their job was guaranteed. I as very pleased with their work and also that I'm not out any money for the repairs. Several years ago I had Star paint a Corvette. The job was good with the exception of one area that was off color. I brought this to their attention and they immediately corrected the flaw. Again the work was of superior quality and was completed quickly.”
“I had A LOT of work done on my vehicle. The staff and mechanics were great to work with. They listened to my concerns and shared theirs about my vehicle with me. With so much work done, there were a couple things that I had to bring it back in for them to look over again; they did so graciously and replaced the faulty parts from the manufacturer at no additional cost.
The biggest perk is that they will pick you up and drop you off while your car is being serviced. They even gave me a loaner vehicle when we found that my car was going to take a couple days longer than expected. This is THE place to go!”

I was in a small Fender Bender and needed some work done to my car I chose this facility and not only were they on top of getting everything ready and checking everything out for me they had it done and ready for me to pick up much sooner than I had even expected. “I had a great experience! I wanted to surprise my boyfriend for his birthday by getting his car detailed. Interior and exterior. He basically lives and works in his car so it definitely needed so attention. The owner was professional and kind. He quoted me a very fair price and he got me on the schedule quickly. When I dropped off the car and he told me he would be finished in a few hours I almost couldn’t believe it. I picked up the car later that afternoon and it looked like a brand new car! “We are full time RVers 6 months out of the year and 2 weeks ago a gravel truck kicked up a good size Rock and caused a huge starburst shaped divot at the center base of the windshield of our Class A motorhome.
Yes, it is impossible to talk to someone quickly to set up an appt, so we drove right to their location. Luckily, we were able to park in front of their shop and again lucky they were not jammed with appts that day and could fix it right away.
