“We have had five vehicles worked on by Duane. We've had a Chevy Tahoe, Hondas, and a Kia. He has done a great job on them all. Small repairs to large repairs. He is on his A game and is a fine professional. I just do not pick any mechanic out there. Word of mouth I have found is the best. So my word, Duane is the real deal. “I've always had very good experience with this place. I gave it 4 stars only because they charge outrageous prices on some of there services like 118 dollars to change antifreeze to me is really ridiculous especially when you can take old fluids to get recycled for free.”
“I saw the sign out front of Jiffy Lube that they were doing AC recharges for $135. They were able to get me in right away and today my AC worked consistently and effectively. The guy even held the door open for me when my service was done. I highly recommend them!”

“My poor truck hasn’t been close to a car wash in a long time so I thought my birthday was the right time to change that. Went back to Q & D and the experience was the best !! Friendly hard working staff laid out my options, I chose what I wanted and received a complete and satisfying car wash that was done to spec and for a fair price. Now I required extra attention for certain areas ( road grime on the truck’s rocker panels, filthy wheels and scuffed sidewalls, etc. ) so I told the fellas that I’d make it worth their while to go the extra distance for me. And boy did they respond - 10 year old truck is looking like new !!
Just a suggestion: tipping is for a certain level of service, not just because you’re there. I notice when someone is putting effort into making this customer happy, and when I see that, he or she is rewarded, and not with a plain “thank you” but cash !! These people can’t spend good wishes …”

“I had A LOT of work done on my vehicle. The staff and mechanics were great to work with. They listened to my concerns and shared theirs about my vehicle with me. With so much work done, there were a couple things that I had to bring it back in for them to look over again; they did so graciously and replaced the faulty parts from the manufacturer at no additional cost.
The biggest perk is that they will pick you up and drop you off while your car is being serviced. They even gave me a loaner vehicle when we found that my car was going to take a couple days longer than expected. This is THE place to go!”

“These guys are honestly the best.
So a little context: my wife bought a BMW and the previous owner had sold it to us with some issues. I called BMW and they quoted me $2500 and told me all this stuff was wrong with the car and itd take likely a week or two to fix. Brought it to autohäus and these guys took 2 hours to tell me it'd cost close to what half of what BMW quoted me and that half the stuff they said needed to be replaced, was indeed just fine and didn't need to be touched. These guys are honest as can be and even went above and beyond and even gave us (my wife and our two kids including myself) a ride to enterprise rent a car as well as a ride to the hotel we were staying at. 10 out of 10, These guys are awesome. Don't bring your BMW nowhere else, These guys are the best. Genuinely no bs, I won't be bringing this car to anyone else besides autohäus from now on. Amazing work gentlemen.”

“What can I say? These guys are amazing! We were on a road trip and had car issues in Medford on our way to Crater Lake. They were the 4th mechanic we visited. All the shops were so busy due to the July 4th holiday and told us they wouldn't be able to get to us for a week
John listened to me and was able to fit us in! They did amazing work considering they had to order our part from out of town.
Talk about fair pricing. The final job came in at $100 under the quote!! They also provided a courtesy shuttle and took us back to our hotel.
Everyone was so friendly, especially Ricky, our shuttle driver who dropped us off and picked us up. He gave us a great history of Medford and recommended a few sites. Five stars, for sure.
If you are looking for a fair, honest mechanic, stop looking and come here!!

“Advantage Tire Pros in Medford, OR, is hands down the best tire shop I’ve been to! Typically, the smell of rubber in a tire shop can be overwhelming, but here, with only the rims displayed in the lobby, the atmosphere was much more pleasant. It made the wait so much better. They even had cappuccino available and a small private room where I could wait comfortably, away from the hustle and bustle. Excellent service and a thoughtful environment—I highly recommend Advantage Tire Pros! Their prices were genuinely fair and saved me over $500 at minimum. The staff were really friendly and funny, and just wanted to give you good, reliable tires without all the noise of an upsell that you probably don't need. I spoke with another patron who was waiting in the lobby and he said he drove from California to buy rims and tires from here.
The wait was short but it was comfortable enough to work from my laptop while I waited. 100% recommend.”

“We were driving our RV with Sprinter chassis down I-5 yesterday when our turbo resonator popped, hissed and went out. We drove to Mercedes Benz of Medford in limp mode and they got us in right away. The part we needed wasn’t going to be available for 3 days, which wouldn’t work for us. We are due in LA tomorrow to celebrate my mother’s 95th birthday! Dan and his team did some creative problem solving to help us out. Mechanic, Keegan, put in a new gasket seal and found a way to bolt our existing turbo resonator together so that we could get back on the road. We will replace it when we return to Dallas next week.
While no one wants to have these kinds of problems on the road in the middle of a driving trip, we are happy it happened to us near Medford and so thankful for the excellent service and care we received from all of the people at Mercedes Benz of Medford…and we are so happy we will be able to celebrate with Mom tomorrow!”

“Great staff! Emmanuel gave me a great explanation about what kind of tires to get. David gave me all the details about brakes and such. Dustin gave me lots of info about the alignment aspect. All very friendly, honest and very patient, because I had many questions. I didn't had to wait too long for the inspections and getting new tires, plus close by (5 min. walk) there's a great place to have breakfast or lunch, just around the corner named Crackin and Stackin, great food and staff there were very friendly too. I would highly recommend this Les Swab location and the restaurant!”

“Impressive Service! When I had to bring my malfunctioning car in for service, I feared a big bill. Instead, I got a call late the same afternoon and a pleasant surprise. It was just a vacuum hose that had split due to age. Since they could not find a replacement hose, they replaced the split part with a steel pipe and secured the ends with clamps. And they only charged me for one hour of service! Recommended...”

Someone always answers the phone - usually him personally and he will give you an idea of what’s going on. Do a thorough inspection. Give you a fair price fix the problem and you can be on your way. Highly recommend. They will listen to all the sound effects you make while trying to describe what’s going on and take you seriously. They always have time for me and our vehicles and get the job done right. If there’s a more affordable way to do it or an alternative way, they will try that too. Very trustworthy.”
