I recently had my vehicle in for regular maintenance. They explained what each service was and why it was needed. My car was returned clean and the customer service was exceptional. We asked for and received a loaner car as we not from the Medford area. The service was prompt and Austin did a fine job explaining what the service requirements were. Expensive but the car is worth it.
