“I wanted to take the opportunity to provide a review for the whole CPM team. I, personally, have not rented from CPM, however, I work in the community helping our homeless Veteran population with obtaining permanent housing. The CPM team has been major help in the finally steps to getting the Veterans housed. They are very responsive to communication, accommodating when needed, and simply put, a huge asset in my work. I appreciate all the help they have provided me, and I know the Veterans I work with feel the same. I recommend CPM to anyone in the market for a rental or even some one who is looking to get a rental on the market.”

“I stayed at Coker butte estates for a little over 3 years the owner of the apartments is the most understanding and helpful landlord I've ever had. Without him I wouldn't have been able to purchase my first home. The rent is cheap and the apartments are top notch. He treats renters as equal as he can. The guy that left the 1 star review beat the piss out of his neighbor who was an elderly woman. He's a piece of human garbage. You can read about it on the Jackson county website.I don't want to give the impression that it's riddled with crime, it's not. There was virtually no crime when I stayed there maybe a few vehicle break-ins but nothing as grotesque as what David did.”
