“Should have written along time ago because this is my sixth year at Talent Parkside. First of all, it is a gated community which I love because it gives me security. This place is a little oasis that has been dropped down in Talent! Tenants enjoy the lawns both in the front yard and fenced backyard as well as the many trees that have been planted when this complex was built. Landscapers come every other week to take care of your landscape . Besides that a parking lot cleaner comes and so our place is always clean and sharp looking. I love living here. The maintenance people are very quick to address your concern if you let the manager know what is going on. She organizes the whole complex and does a great job! It is quiet where I live and every once in awhile I hear the kids but that is why i didn't choose a 55 and older place to live. They aren't noisy or annoying at all. The duplex I live in is outstanding. Very spacious with 2 bedrooms with walk in closets and two bathrooms! Talent Parkside Apartments are a little jewel in the valley that people tend to over look.”
“I stayed at Coker butte estates for a little over 3 years the owner of the apartments is the most understanding and helpful landlord I've ever had. Without him I wouldn't have been able to purchase my first home. The rent is cheap and the apartments are top notch. He treats renters as equal as he can. The guy that left the 1 star review beat the piss out of his neighbor who was an elderly woman. He's a piece of human garbage. You can read about it on the Jackson county website.I don't want to give the impression that it's riddled with crime, it's not. There was virtually no crime when I stayed there maybe a few vehicle break-ins but nothing as grotesque as what David did.”

“We lived at Anjou Club for 4 years and loved it. We now realize that not all apartment management is as amazing as ShyAnn and the rest of the office/maintenance team! We felt so taken care of and any issues we had were addressed as quickly as possible, usually same day. It's a great place to live and they really care about their tenants!”
