“I've had my share of car trouble and looking for good mechanics in Portland, so I wanted to share a positive experience I had a couple of days ago.
I had an issue with my car and I knew shouldn't drive it, but I couldn’t figure out the exact problem. Since I didn't want to spend the money on a tow just to get a diagnosis, I decided to call up a mobile mechanic. After googling mobile mechanics in Portland for about a half hour, I just chose one that I thought might be good. Turns out it was a GREAT choice.
Courtney from MobilePDX came out quickly and helped me figure it out. His flat rate was affordable, and he stayed for a couple of hours diagnosing the issue. Courtney is easygoing and is super knowledgeable. Later that evening, he even gave me a call to walk me through a few ideas/solutions for what could be going on. Then, he went the extra mile and called my main mechanic to explain what he thought the issue was. Turns out, when I finally got my car to the shop, Courtney was spot on with his diagnosis.
If you’re looking for a reliable and honest mechanic, I can’t recommend Courtney and MobilePDX enough. Seriously, if you need someone great and easy to work with, give him a call.”

I don’t think I’ve ever had as positive of a customer service experience at any other auto shop as I’ve had here. I go here for oil changes, scheduled maintenance and when my vehicle needs troubleshooting or repairs.”

“Took my car in to get my windshield wipers fixed because they stopped working. Don’t take your car anywhere else. This place is the best. They stand behind their work and do what’s right they’re fair and go above and beyond to take care of their customers I will never take my car anywhere else after going to them and seeing the way that they take care of Customer Service if they had six stars, I would give them six out of five”
“The team here is fantastic and friendly. I brought my car in for a clutch replacement and to replace a couple other parts I didn’t have time to do myself. They are up front and explain why each part cost what it cost and work at giving you the best solution for what you need. The mechanic who worked on my car knew what he was doing and called me back to keep me updated on the entire process. “A Les Schwab, Lake Grove, Oregon sales rep suggested I try a set of 245/35R-21XL 96Y ION EVO ALL SEASON tires when I was replacing a worn out set of Michelins on my older Tesla Model S. I was skeptical after running Michelins for more than 12 years on the S, but went with his suggestion. Fabulous choice, simply for the road noise reduction. The car has never run so silent! These may be one of the first tires designed specifically for electric cars, and they have delivered a great result. Not sure about ultimate tire mileage yet, but the noise reduction was worth the switch.”

They were friendly and professional. The way I like it. The way most people like it. Actually, I don't think anyone likes rude and unprofessional....I was out. Oil.....Changed....!!
