“I had such a great experience with Caliber Collision in Tualatin. The repairs I needed done were covered by insurance, though I had several companies to choose from and I chose based off google star rating. I am so happy with my choice. They made the entire process as smooth and easy as I could imagine, and did a fantastic job of keeping me updated via text. Everyone I spoke with was polite, professional, and kind. They handled almost all the coordinating with the insurance company as well, and they were able to complete the repairs well within the timeframe they told me to expect.
They also coordinate with a rental car company and really made the whole process as seamless as it could be.”

“Chris is absolutely brilliant at impossible, tricky, elusive car repairs.
Our 1999 Lexus RX300 had a NOx sensor issue that could not be fixed by multiple car repair faculties. The Lexus dealer wanted a incredible amount to just diagnose the problem and much more to address the issue with no guarantee.
Chris, very patiently, dug into this over a period of time, methodically eliminating all the possibilities till be found the root cause and fixed the issue. During the process he also found and alerted us to other issues on our car that we got addressed. He also helped get our car through DEQ with ease. All in all a really pleasant experience, fair pricing, and a wonderful person to work with! We will definitely go back to him for our car repairs.

“I had smashed the side-view mirror on my 2024 Kona. This is a complex component, with camera, blind-spot detection, etc. The dealership quoted me $1300+ to repair it, but the guys at Comfort Auto realized that it wasn't really broken - just smashed in such a way that a few unbroken parts had popped apart. They repaired it by carefully popping it back together, and didn't charge me anything.”

“Currently, I have a car there- called for an update... Car has been there 18 days- and no estimated date of completion. I called to get any idea of completion- was rudely spoken to by Haley-- "well it was a tow in..." as she laughed. Let's just say, not a productive conversation, like I was inconveniencing her. Good news though- I got a callback less than 5 minutes later- had a delightful call - and received the simple update I was looking for. They have been doing a diligent job hunting down parts... generally - very pleased. Gave them a 5 star, maybe Haley was just having a bad day-- everyone gets a pass once and a while.”

“Accurate Auto of Tigard performed a thorough and quick diagnostic, identified the issues, and performed the repairs within a day. As a comparison, I took my vehicle to a competitor 4 times, complaining of blue smoke from tailpipe and chugging motion, and they could not identify any issue (it was the spark plugs, which should have been something obvious to check). “I own a 2016, first generation Volkswagen Tiguan, SE 4Motion. This is my second Tiguan and I knew I wanted to get away from having my service done at the dealerships. I only wish I'd found Import Auto sooner. These guys are straight shooters who I'd feel comfortable making a deal on a handshake with. When I first contacted Import Auto via email Michael was quick on his follow up. He kept it simple and direct, putting me at ease when I explained my limited knowledge of auto repair and maintenance.
He had a casual confidence that said he understood and with a, "Yep, we can do that." put me on their schedule within a week. Unfortunately I missed to appointment due to illness and had to cancel. A few weeks later I called back to see if they would still take me. To my surprise they remembered who I was, and with a, "Yeah, come on in!" I was dropping my car off the same day. The shop is easy to find just off the westside of OR 217. The reception area is tight, it's clean and profession with character and clearly run by a team that loves everything auto. While no one was in reception there's an obvious buzzer and they were quick to respond. I don't recall the gentleman's name who helped my in reception but was impressed with his professional appearance and clean, wrinkle free shop shirt, with a name patch. The guy was just as friendly and professional as Michael and had an easy going way of putting me at ease. For my part, I can only describe the VW I dropped off as a sad disaster. It hadn't been serviced for an embarrassingly long time, which I explained. And I also dropped it off looking like it was in shambles, not the best first impression. But still they were cool. My car needed a lot done and I found the cost of service for maintenance and repair was fair. And they were completely transparent through the whole process, there were no surprises.
This is an an honest shop with a trustworthy, friendly and professional crew. And in the end the work was of exceptionally high quality. These goes go above and beyond and I intend on using their services for years to come. Thank you Import Auto for getting me to love my car again!”

He even waved some other fees at the end making this trip from Vancouver on a Friday afternoon with crazy traffic all worth it! “I came to ACP for body and mechanical on my Outback. They were prompt in getting my car pick up by their towing and into the shop for review. They worked well with my insurance, and provided me a loaner vehicle while insurance was reviewing the estimate. Ultimately, my car was declared a total loss, but ACP let me keep the loaner for a couple days while I worked out getting a new car. Excellent service and will be coming here if I need anything done in the future.”
