“Our experience with NW Natural Appliance Center has been nothing but fantastic. Christine walked us around the showroom showing us the various options, making the customizations clear, allowing us time to browse without being pushy. After making our selection we went back and forth a bit on some of the customizations and she never made us feel like we were inconveniencing her. The installation crew they sent were quick, kind, and professional. We had an issue getting our energy rebate and Christine took care of everything (this was after the sale and installation!). They had plenty of opportunities to mess things up and came through for us every time. Highly recommend!”

“Working with Derek at Eastbank Appliances has to hands down one of the best experiences. He is knowledgeable, beyond helpful and I would highly recommend working with him. We were referred to Derek for a simple dishwasher replacement, he had a fantastic Miele in stock and his recommendation for an installer was top tier. Within two days of purchase we had the new one delivered and installed. We have now returned to purchase a new fridge (Beko) and will be looking at a new range and hood soon. “We have been customers of Stark's for decades, going back to the days when we would visit large store between (what was then) SE Grand and SE Union Avenues, and there were not as many convenient neighborhood locations. Since then, we have purchased various cleaning aids, had repair work performed, and obtained spare parts (such as drive belts) for the machines in (almost daily) use in our house. When our youngest daughter moved out, her first vacuum cleaner came from Starks. The folks behind the counter at the SE 83rd & Stark Street location are unfailing in their courteous customer service, and the pricing is always fair. [One note: Just recently (on a Monday afternoon), the Montavilla Sewing Center (at the Montavilla location) had been partitioned off from Starks. That may have been a temporary measure since there was a sewing class in progress at the time. The partition caused patrons to use specific exterior entries to the emporium of their choice rather than being able to commute freely between the two businesses within the building.]”

“Wow! Steven and Michael delivered our stove today and they were SO polite, careful, thorough, and on-time! Above that, they knew everything needed to know about the install. My space was problematic and they were able to troubleshoot a perfect solution that now the new stove fits better than the previous and looks absolutely custom and built-in. Better than the original. Those guys were methodical, precise, and laid back/funny too! This is my 3rd appliance from Kaady and we will never buy anywhere else. I mean - why would we? Charlene in sales was smart, funny, low-key and super knowledgeable. She really cared about what our situation was and obviously cared about that more than making a sale. This place is like the old fashioned “customer-first” mindset of yesteryears gone by. Love ‘em. Give those boys a raise!”

“This is the best customer service I have ever had. Kind and knowledgeable staff went above and beyond when answering my questions. I bought a hot tub in 10 minutes. No analysis paralysis necessary which surprised me as I have no idea about hot tubs, did no research, and frankly, think they're ugly. I had some criteria as follows: 1. I didn't want the plastic tie-dye 1970's porn aesthetic. 2. I wanted a tub that I could use saline rather than chlorine. 3. My husband is 6'4" and it had to be big enough to have is shoulders submerged when sitting and the option to fully his legs sitting or floating. 4. Low monthly operating costs. 5. No pad necessary. 6. I was on a budget. We got a Bullfrog which is going to cost us 13/month to keep heated 7 days a week. Waiting for the delivery so no feedback or photos but I am going back to have them convert my wood burning fireplace to gas.”

“We've done business with DeWhitt before this purchase. Both experiences were consistently good. Brian was great with his customer service. All our business was conducted by phone, but we had already researched online what we wanted before we called DeWhitt. This most recent purchase was for an oven, and Brian was able to look at the specs and determine that it was a close match with the space available for it. Brian recommended an installer who did an excellent job of installing the oven. We would not hesitate to purchase our next appliance from DeWhitt.”

“The sales person was very patient and helpful. The delivery men were prompt. The unfortunate thing involving the installation happened because of the defective part. The handle could not be attached because of the stripped threads where the handle is attached to the fastener and secured by the set screw. Now waiting to hear if the part is available or if the freezer will have to be returned.”

“I would rate our experience in the showroom 5 stars. We have done two remodels, and both times the staff was helpful, thorough, and professional. However, our experience with follow up customer service was abysmal. We had an expensive light fixture appear to burn out after just over a year. It had a five year warranty. At first we were told it would be replaced, but that it was backordered and it would take about a month. After multiple attempts to get information we were told it would be another couple of months. When we again tried to get updated information three months later, we were told it would delayed at least a couple more months. We asked for a refund or credit and we were told we were not entitled to a refund or credit. We asked to talk to a decision maker and was told someone would get back to us. It’s been three weeks and we have heard nothing.6/1/2023 Ferguson went out of its way to rectify our issues, and has been very flexible and responsive going forward.”
