“On November 19th, my husband and I brought our senior Golden Retriever Ruby in unexpectedly because she wasn't doing well. We knew we were coming to the end of the road with her but we just didn't expect it to be that day. When we brought her in, everyone was incredibly kind. They spoke to us with so much compassion and let us know what was going on the entire time. Every single person we spoke with that day was incredible. Thank you for making such a tough experience, an educated experience filled with love and compassion. You all are wonderful and I know there are many great things about your work but I also know there are really really hard things to. Thank you for dealing with the hard stuff so well. We appreciate you all and we'll never forget it.”
“Very good taking care of our dog ,we made an appointment for shots couple weeks later but our dog wake up limping so we call them and we were able to get her the same day ,X-ray and shots done same day,very knowledge and understanding of how to take care of our dog”

They apologized and wanted to make it right. Everything was sincere!My animals mean a lot to me and I will be happy to bring them back to VCA Keizer.”
“UNACCEPTABLE Petco!!! We purchased $65 training here and still have a private lesson left. So now i was told "that trainer no longer works here" , so cannot use it. ?? Soooo.... REALLY!!! I was told nothing to be done, no refund either & told we can call corporate. So I Called corporate. I explained sitation and was put on hold for aprox 4mins, the call just disconnected. So i called again this happened AGAIN on hold 2x's & disconnected. The 3rd call was then transferred back to the Kiezer store . Petco.... UNACCEPTABLE!!!! get your people in customer service & in your stores in order. To treat customers . NOTHING RESOLVED!! Kiezer you know who and what you should do. DO IT!!”

But most of all, it's the high quality of care we receive. The doctors and staff at this clinic are so genuine.
