“Rodney is awesome! He fixed my Jeeps door that got dented near the latch after the hinge started coming off so it wouldn't close. Welded the door back on and I was good to go within a few hours after showing up with no appointment! He also gave me some tips on how to fix some surface issues on the body too. “When I was rear-ended this summer Lithia took care of me quickly and professionally. I had an estimate from another shop that had more than twice the amount of cosmetic work that needed to be done and the earliest appointments were >2 months out. In talking to my service advisor at Southern Oregon Subaru he mentioned checking out Lithia, and they were able to get me in within a couple days for an estimate and based on the damage get parts in within the week. A few days expected repair turned into just over a day and it's impossible to tell where the repair was done on the car.When I had issues with the other party's insurance not paying for an aspect of the claim Lithia was quick in getting me the information I needed to dispute things and finally get paid for alignment work from the accident that had already been completed.Services: Painting”
“I have never had such great customer service. However the actual paint job on my truck was so good I cannot rave about it enough. Lonnie the owner will greet you in his casual way and he listens and next thing you know you have a wonderful new paint job. He does custom paint beautifully. Can’t go wrong at Lonnies Auto Paint!!! The pictures posted were right after an unexpected red rain. Thus there was a bit of dirt in the air. After storm , wiped and was perfect.”
