“Dropped my truck off for inspection. Got a call an hour later from the salesman saying the repairs would be 369$, I agreed on that quote for the work to be done. I show up a few hrs later to pay and pick up my truck and was told he made a mistake and forgot to add another 100$ on the quote.
Update. The owner reached out to offer me 100$. That there speaks volumes to me and feel very confident this company retains utmost integrity and exceptional customer service!”

So a little context: my wife bought a BMW and the previous owner had sold it to us with some issues. I called BMW and they quoted me $2500 and told me all this stuff was wrong with the car and itd take likely a week or two to fix. Brought it to autohäus and these guys took 2 hours to tell me it'd cost close to what half of what BMW quoted me and that half the stuff they said needed to be replaced, was indeed just fine and didn't need to be touched. These guys are honest as can be and even went above and beyond and even gave us (my wife and our two kids including myself) a ride to enterprise rent a car as well as a ride to the hotel we were staying at. 10 out of 10, These guys are awesome. Don't bring your BMW nowhere else, These guys are the best. Genuinely no bs, I won't be bringing this car to anyone else besides autohäus from now on. Amazing work gentlemen.”

“We were driving our RV with Sprinter chassis down I-5 yesterday when our turbo resonator popped, hissed and went out. We drove to Mercedes Benz of Medford in limp mode and they got us in right away. The part we needed wasn’t going to be available for 3 days, which wouldn’t work for us. We are due in LA tomorrow to celebrate my mother’s 95th birthday! Dan and his team did some creative problem solving to help us out. Mechanic, Keegan, put in a new gasket seal and found a way to bolt our existing turbo resonator together so that we could get back on the road. We will replace it when we return to Dallas next week.
While no one wants to have these kinds of problems on the road in the middle of a driving trip, we are happy it happened to us near Medford and so thankful for the excellent service and care we received from all of the people at Mercedes Benz of Medford…and we are so happy we will be able to celebrate with Mom tomorrow!”
