They regularly can't deliver packages for unknown reasons, has caused a few issues on my end with online retailers and ebay

Very frustrating with the post office. They have put my packages in the wrong mailbox more times than I can count. The postmaster needs to pay attention to whose mailbox is who's. Absolutely ridiculous.
