I can't find my receipt to find the correct spelling, but Darell? the employee at the tanasbourne location that helped us, was an incredible customer service expert. He was calm and kind. Listened to our questions and concerns. Took the time to properly explain and break everything down for us so we had full understanding of the situation. He was quick and attentive while also giving us a full resolution to our situation. It was a great experience and he deserves a raise or promotion! The company is lucky to have an employee who provides the service he did.”

JT was not only kind, he made sure we had what we needed in a timely manner and did not push any upgraded products on us (we actually had to ask about a watch promotion as he knew we had a long day of dealing with the other store). Sergio was also very helpful in obtaining our necessary info to transfer carriers. I HIGHLY recommend visiting this store for all of your T-mobile needs; we won't be going anywhere else! “The guy that helped me Saturday was the sweetest, kindest and most patient person I have seen in retail in a long time. There were 2 other people in the store when I got ther and he was helping them both at once, he acknowledged us and said hey were you the one that called earlier about the iPhone? I said yes that was me. He said give me a few and I will be right with you! The people in front of me actually took longer than I think he excepted and were having issues and he kept calm amd respectful the whole time. This guy was 100% what customer service needs to be! He deserves so much for being such a great employee. How about we give this guy a raise and acknowledge him. He deserves it!”

“I had a bad experience with one of the ATT stores in beaverton a couple of days ago. Stayed seated and only got up when asked about a case. All his answers were I needed to contact customer support to get it working saying they didn't do that there.
Went to the one in Hillsboro today. It was totally different experience. OSCAR greeted
me right away and did all that he could to get my phone going. There were a couple of things he couldn't though. All in all he did an outstanding job.”
