“I've seen the negative reviews from the past but they have a new manager now, Renaldo (I think I got his name right). He is amazingly knowledgeable, very helpful, friendly, and great with customers. I would recommend you go there. I do not work there or have any other connection other than getting great service from him and observing him serve other customers a few days ago.!”

“I appreciate that from the start to finish, this T-mobile team was friendly, helpful with presenting economic options for our phone technology wishes, and made our longer phone to phone data transfer time well-spent. We initially worked with Manny, who clearly understands getting best value for things you want, and he did well with checking in during the whole process. JJ continued the great service Manny began and shared personal insights we found refreshing, while he assured us of the value/benefits/security we wanted in our phone purchase. Ivan stepped in for a delightful visit, while the transfer process continued until their store-closing. Like I said, this T-Mobile team was ALL THAT. “I just had a wonderful experience at this location. I have been having trouble with my voicemail for more than a year and a half. I tried calling Cricket, going into other locations and could not get the problem fixed. Anthony spent time with me, tried many different solutions, talked with me to fully understand the problem and fixed it! While we were waiting, he also let me know how I could save money on a better plan. Overall, he was wonderful, I highly recommend this location!!”

“I received excellent service. I was helped as soon as I walked in. I called ahead and the rep remembered me. I was unsure what I needed. The rep understood what I wanted and put a plan together with the internet and Directv. I have to say your in-person customer service is excellent. Much better than the customer service I get on the phone. I will be doing all of my transactions in person at the Bridgeport store.”

“I went into this store overwhelmed & upset about losing a lot of important information on my phone. T-Mobile itself could only do so much. My hope to recover the items faded. Noah saw this. He step out of just doing all a T-Mobile employee could do. As a person he went over & beyond in helping me do anything I could to recover what he could see was important to me. His effort to try truly changed my day. The act of kindness he showed gave me hope again in that moment. Regardless if it could be fixed. Seeing someone serve others selflessly is rare. Even if I could not get all my information restored then. I left with a better understanding of if you can't fix it for someone, you can still find a way to help. Thank you. “Wow! The manager at this location, Kylie, went way above and beyond what she had to do in order to help us solve our tech problems. My husband and I, not tech savvy to say the least, came in the store and were thoroughly impressed with her customer service. She exudes amazing patience, is kind, humorous, and has the ability to truly multi-task; everyone who came in the door was helped by her with a wide smile and a positive can do attitude. We hope she is appreciated by her bosses and given any upward mobility she might desire.”

“Rafael and Becsx were very helpful. They went above and beyond to solve a problem that was a time consuming problem to solve. They did everything they could to fix it including calling management to get more advise on what they could do solve the issue. After it was all settled they even waived any fee that would normally have been included for transferring an old phone number with a different carrier to the current carrier. Rafael even came in to the store after receiving the call from Becsx on How to resolve the matter.”

“They recently renovated this store to add an Ulta section and a larger Starbucks. They both look very nice and shiny but the Ulta is usually very sparse with products. I'm going to attribute that to the backlog of COVID supply chain issues.”

“I went in because my phone wouldn’t turn on and I was freaking out about losing important items. I was helped by Alden and he was the best! He was so helpful, knowledgeable and friendly! We were there almost 1.5 hours and honestly time flew by. He was able to fix my phone and it ended up being no charge! I couldn’t believe it. So thankful for his help and I would definitely drive to this location again if I have any future issues.”

“We came into the Apple Store today to fix a problem a previous sales associate had created for us. While upgrading my iPhone through Apples iUp program, he proceeded to generate a brand new contract for me vs. just keeping the same. I called and spoke to Gina on Wed and when we came in and spoke to the manager Judy today, not only did she have a whole print out with all the notes from Gina and I's conversation earlier in the week, she knew exactly who we were and how to fix the problem super quick. So while mistakes happen, I'm impressed by how quick and well the managers of the store handled the problem.”
