“We just closed an investment home working with Ruby Manihani. By far the smoothest loan process ever was with Advantis or in other words with Ruby. From the get go, she was very prompt and diligent in screening us for paper works and once that phase was over and our eligibility was determined, there was no looking back. She was super quick and prompt in getting our pre - approval for our bid offers (even on weekends and late evenings)and this really helped us getting our offers quicker and to our advantage.
