“I've been a member at Advantis for quite a few years now and it's always been a pleasure dealing with the employees via phone or at a branch any time I've needed help or had questions. I recently had to go into the gresham branch to get a new debit card and the process was quick & easy and I was out the door within 10 minutes. Today I called & spoke to Jennifer ( not sure if she's at a branch or is at the call center ) but she was upbeat, positive & you can just tell she is smiling behind the phone. She provided great service, answered my questions and stayed on the phone to make sure I got the form I needed in my email and waited for me to get it signed so everything could get processed. I told her people are quick to leave negative reviews so I wanted to make it a point to share some praise to Jennifer & the Gresham branch and the rest of the Advantis team. Great customer service does not go unnoticed!”

From commercial vehicle financing, to getting an additional credit card for the business that was not attached to my personal and finally getting my acquisition loan was all done seamless. With all the other turbulence of moving an office and acquiring another book of business NW preferred and Lyndsey were the one aspect of all variables that was consistent, diligent, right on time etc. etc. etc. If you are an insurance agent and you want to do business with someone who understands your business needs, look no further. I submitted an original loan request online and was contacted, and although that application was rejected, they worked with me to find other ways of helping me work toward what I submitted that application for to begin with. Would definitely recommend them for banking and loan services, they are awesome. Also, they overhauled their app recently and it is now incredible! Great experience all around”
